This is the perfect home for an extended family or group as there are 2 bedrooms and a bath on opposite sides of the home that allow for privacy. The kitchen was tastefully remodeled and boasts a 5ft granite island that accommodates 10 people perfect to share a wonderful homemade meal while having a memorable group conversation. Our remodeled 1930s beach home has 2 downstairs bedrooms with a full bathroom, and 2 upstairs bedrooms with a full bathroom. Both bathrooms are shared. (No en suites ). Mobility/access: guests will need to use several steps to reach the entrance. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes.
