Welcome to the EC Lair Mansion! Located on 4 private acres, our 1 bedroom private loft is a perfect landing spot for a traveling nurse, medical student on rotation, or other long term guest. We are a 15 minute drive to Aultman, Mercy, and Alliance Hospitals, and only 30-40 minutes to Dover, New Philadelphia, and Akron. You’ll have access to high speed internet, a private bathroom, HDTV (with Netflix), a fully stocked kitchen, and separate entrance from the garage. We look forward to meeting you!

Come as a family and friends looking to regenerate and escape the fast pace of life and disconnect from technology. There is no WiFi, there is cell service for calls/texts. A TV/DVD player, no TV service. No need, nature and the peace of the farm will fill your bucket. The farm has a pond with fishing and trails for hiking with an abundance of fresh air and nature.

Studio Loft at Boogaba

This space is totally new! It was a yoga studio recently renovated into a studio, loft apartment! It is airy and bright with a fantastic lake view. The lake has kayaks, paddle boarding and a peddle boat that are accessible to guests. There are walking paths around the lake and a deck with a hammock to sit and enjoy some nature time. The studio apartment has its own entrance in the back above the family garage. The family house is next door. There is a resident friendly yellow dog named Pug!

We bought this early 1900s house and have newly remodeled and restored it to its original beauty, along with creative features of uniqueness. The B&B space is upstairs . This space has a full kitchen with amenities for basic cooking. (Stove , refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster.) Relax in the comfy living room for a movie on Netflix. The downstairs is currently unoccupied and the back yard is available for your leisure.
