Such an amazing villa! Lots of space, lovely swimming pool to cool off, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds and sofa. Hosts are really helpful, quick to respond. Housekeeper is lovely. Make sure you check out Seaweed Cafe, a 3 minute walk from the villa. Great food, coffee, and a lovely place to relax. Worth noting on the walk to town (10/15 mins to Kai Bae strip) you will likely encounter dogs but they were harmless Dinner at the owners restaurant, Toscana, was delicious! We had amazing pizza, pasta and gelato If we come back to Koh Chang, we will definitely stay again

Great 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom villa in a quiet location. 200 meters off the main road, can walk to restaurants, cafes, 7/11 & massage.

Very nice villa with private pool for a reasonable price. Definitely recommended if you stay on Koh Chang.

This place was beautiful. We absolutely loved the private pool and also having access to the other 2 communal pools on the complex which both have sea views with restaurants and bars. We had an amazing time and this accommodation was perfect for me, my husband and our 2 children

Carola’s villa was very comfortable. Great proximity to the pool and beach but still felt private. KC Homeservice were very helpful with motorbike hire and local suggestions.

YOU WAKE UP LOOKING AT ELEPHANTS EVERYDAY! This place was truly perfect. It’s very clean and spacious. The bathroom layout works surprisingly well and is comfortable. AC unit in the bedroom so slept good at night.

Second time at this place and love it just as much. Great place for families with kids because the waters are calm and shallow. The beaches are quiet and very private. The house is nice and clean. Has most of the accommodations a big family needs on vacation.

I had an amazing stay at this villa! This is a wonderfully serene and peaceful place, just a short 15-minute scooter ride to the stunning White Sand Beach. The villa is also conveniently located near beautiful waterfalls, making it perfect for nature lovers. The villa itself is set in a picturesque area surrounded by incredible wildlife. I truly enjoyed watching the vibrant birds, playful squirrels, geckos, and other fascinating creatures—it felt like living in harmony with nature. What made the experience even more special was the owner’s exceptional hospitality. The level of client care, friendliness, and service was outstanding. I can confidently say that this was the warmest welcome I’ve ever received in all my travels. The owner went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I sincerely wish her the best and hope she continues to receive kind and grateful guests. This place is tucked away from the bustling tourist areas, making it ideal for those seeking peace and quiet.

Great place for holiday

Our 12-night stay was enhanced by Khun Jum's, the host, warm hospitality and assistance. The housekeeping staff in the general resort area consistently exhibited politeness and kindness. The property benefited from regular cleaning services every 4 days, with fresh towels provided. The peaceful ambiance and serene environment aligned with our expectations. Beach access was straightforward, and although the beach was not outstanding, we appreciated our time there. A community pool was accessible, and the property's surroundings featured fruit trees and gardens. Several dining options and a laundry service were conveniently located nearby.

Beautiful cottage ideal for a family stay and 2 min walk to private beach. Peaceful setting with lots of trees and great landscaping around. Great to be able to make your own food and if you do not want to cook you can order food from nearby restaurant. Different from other parts of Koh Chang that are overtouristed and too crowded. We loved it.

We stayed for over two months and felt very comfortable throughout. It’s a quiet place with a kind and helpful team. The cleaning was outstanding – both at arrival and during mid-stay – always thorough, friendly, and with great attention to detail. With our two small kids, we enjoyed the pool and the nearby beach. The upper beach is fine, the lower part more rocky and shell-covered, as typical here. Free kayaks are available – a nice extra. Important: mobility is a must. Taxis are rare and pricey, but scooters and cars can easily be rented via the host. Very smooth service! During rainy season, more mosquitoes appear – especially near jungle areas. Be prepared. A calm, well-managed place. We'd come back anytime!

We had a great time! it was easier to get to the beach then expected, which was an added bonus.

We spent almost a week in the eco dung house and it was a blast ! The place is private, in a quiet area, you are surrounded by the jungle. Very close to the village and the beach (5min walk), it was perfectly located. Pawina is very reactive, kind and friendly. She also was very helpful and helped us book a snorkeling tour and a motorbike. We had a lovely stay and we would come back with pleasure !
