The villa has a lounge bedroom, with a king size bed and two sofas. A mezzanine with three single beds. A full kitchen with hob, fridge freezer and dining table. It’s very spacious with a large outside balcony. Plus a 42 inch TV with Netflix etc. Under new ownership from 1st May 2024. We are had an incredible high season from Oct 24 - May 2025. We worked as consulting architects on a luxury hotel project on this island in 2001 under an eight-month contract. We fell in love with the surroundings and chose to stay and make this place our home. We chose this site for its mature trees and waterways. In designing our house, we preserved every tree, letting nature guide the layout so the landscape took priority over the building.
