Condo holiday rentals in Ko Pha-ngan District

Probably one of the best airbnb we have ever been to. For sure it has the best view: the pictures in airbnb do not reflect how beautiful the place is. We also both worked. The internet worked perfectly all the time, we made video calls all day without any issue. Also, they warned us that there might be noise from the construction sites around there. We can confirm that we didnt hear anything for the entire stay. Watcharin helped us with everything needed (bike, atm..). We stayed there a month, and we really enjoyed it. Pool is also very nice.

We stayed four weeks at Lauren’s place and we were sad to leave. The flat is exactly as it looks in the photos: clean, spacious, and with a well-equipped kitchen. Both the bed and the sofa were both huge and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic. There are two washing machines in the complex, but we did our laundry at a place two minutes down the lane where the shopkeeper always had 10-baht coins in change. It takes about 30 mins to walk to Chaweng Beach. Initially, we were disappointed that the beach was further than we anticipated. But in the end we saw this as a positive: the neighbourhood is quiet, but still close to restaurants and a good supermarket. It’s also in the middle of a local residential neighbourhood, which we appreciated as much of Chaweng is relentless resorts. To go further, we used Grab. (note that taxis are relatively expensive in Samui). Do pack an HDMI cable as the TV in the flat isn’t a smart TV. Overall, great value for money in this price range.

Was a gorgeous place to stay with a lovey pool, little gym and pool table down stairs. The location was amazing and so close to a big c and the Main Street of the town. Loads of shops, restaurants and bars. Also amazing as it is so close to the beach with amazing food and views. Had all the kitchen utensils you’d need and made you feel right at home!. Amazing staff in the building and security at night!. The host is amazing and so attentive she truly makes you feel at home in your new environment and will reply to at question very clearly! Was an amazing stay ESPECIALLY for the price would recommend to everyone as there is also a lift to the flat. Would definitely stay again!!.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul’s condominium. It was just as he described, spacious and comfortable with a great view. We felt very safe and secure and usually left our front door and back slider wide open to take advantage of a great cross breeze thru the condo. It was our first time staying in an Airbnb, where we had to pay the electricity and water separately, which turned out to be no problem. Although the temperatures were in the mid 80s, we only had to use the air conditioning in the bedroom at night time while sleeping. We stayed nine nights and had the cleaners come in one time and the total charge was just over 800 Baht (about $2.50 per day). The hill to walk into town mentioned by Paul is very steep! Walking up it in the afternoon sun was a killer. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to our friends and family.

Brian is an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and always willing to help. He arranged our pickup from Nathon Pier (since we took the ferry from Krabi) and can also help organize a motorbike, which we’d highly recommend for getting around (the hill is steep, but the location is worth it!). His guestbook is full of great recommendations, and his hospitality made our stay seamless. The condo itself is stunning, with unbeatable ocean and cliff views from the balcony—waking up to that scenery felt surreal! It’s also super spacious, clean, and just 2 minutes from Bo Phut Temple and 13 minutes from Fisherman’s Village (which we visited often). The pool area is lovely, and the whole place has a peaceful, luxurious vibe. We wish we could give 10 stars—for the price this was one of our favorite stays in Thailand, and we can’t wait to return. Oshin has been a wonderful host, we found the apartment to be exactly the same as described, i was in awe of the same. Great Location, Great Air Conditioners. Great aesthetics. the only thing which bothered me was behaviour of the reception staff, but that is not Oshin's responsibility. Also, the Lights in the apartment, some are not working and switching layout is just so confusing.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Clean as a whistle and great quality . Bed was huge and super comfortable. Slept really well here for a week. ( chronic insomniac!!) . Air conditioning was sublime. Lovely pool when you feel like a day off sight seeing . Walking distance from the beach - absolutely stunning also with several great beach cafés , and a ‘high street’ of more wonderful places to eat . A couple of super boojie cafes that are less ‘Thai’ but absolutely everywhere serves divine fresh fruit smoothies and really good coffee. Could have stayed a few years!!

Everything worked out very well and Svetlana answered my questions, etc. quickly. The location on the map via Airbnb Homepage is not entirely accurate. It's right about Google. Svetlana also helped me rent a scooter. I can highly recommend the accommodation. You are close to restaurants and it is not noisy.
