Hello. Our accommodation has utility costs separate from the rental fee. Please consider this before booking. Electricity is 8 baht per unit. Water is 45 baht per unit. Gas is 550 baht if you want to cook. (We also collect a damage deposit of 5,000 baht for long-term stays and 3,000 baht for short-term stays. The deposit is refunded at check-out.) The house is located by the sea. It is a single house with 1 bedroom. It is close to the sea. You can walk to the beach in just 5-10 minutes. It is a 15-minute walk to a convenience store. It is 20 minutes to the fresh market, Lotus Express, and Big C Mini. In the evening, you can walk along the main road, which is full of street food on both sides.

Single beach house, large yard beautiful nature

A single house good for a couple or small family with personal area. You'll have a nice view of a slope beachfront yard from a high ground. The house is well equipped with plenty activities you can do. From relaxing on benches and a swing in a beachfront yard, dinner with barbecue party, going out swimming, kayaking, or you can enjoy catching fish/shrimp/crab if you want (we have spoon net and headlamp). If you're looking for a place where you can enjoy like your own, you will love here.
