Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Ko Yao District

I’d like to express my gratitude & appreciation to Siriporn, the apartment was lovely & gave a relaxing atmosphere, A/C was fabulous. Large bathroom. Siriporn kindly provided water, local/homegrown fruits both days we stayed which was an added & unexpected surprise which was greatly accepted especially being a lover of fruits. Sitting area down by the sea was amazing for watching huge bats fly by & land right in front on the trees on the hill to the sea & the most beautiful sunset daily. Location was near plenty of restaurants. We got around the island on mopeds which was a game changer to see so much of Ko Yao Noi. I would definitely stay at Siriporn again if I return to Ko Yao Noi. Siriporn thank you for having us stay.

My friend and I stayed in the fish bungalow for 2 nights and it was absolutely amazing! Atikan and the staff were truly awesome! They made sure we got our luggage to the condo and dropped it off by the pier after our stay was over! The view from the condo was stunning and the free breakfast in the shared space was great bonus with equally great view! The walk to town is not too far but make sure to have maps out so you know where to go. Atikan provided us recommendations and was super helpful throughout our whole stay! I would love to stay here again such a great experience!!

My girlfriend and I loved the house and location so much we extended our stay after the first night! Beautiful traditional Thai style home, walking distance from so many coffee shops, Bars and night markets. The host’s gave some wonderful recommendations of places to check out around the town that made our stay extra special. If given the opportunity to come back and stay here again we definitely will!

Everything was good!

Having traveled for three months through Southern Thailand with two small dogs, we have never felt as comfortable and cozy as in Phang Nga House of Phu. Being a real home with a soul, it is located in a quiet area and is equipped with everything you need for both comfortable rest and active sightseeing of the area. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to test your own ideas on excellent Thai products that you can buy at a nearby market. Also worthy of praise are bedrooms where you can rest perfectly in clean bedding, modern bathrooms, a terrace where you can relax in the evening to the sounds of nature. The owner of the house stayed in constant contact with us, giving us a lot of very useful tips. Our dogs were welcomed with understanding and kindness, and the small garden provided them with freedom of movement and the opportunity to play. We sincerely recommend House of Phu to everyone, especially those traveling with pets. Fundacja PSI-Factor.

This is a fantastic spot only 5-10 minutes from Phuket Town. Very spacious, really well equipped (cooking, AC, fans etc) - we felt right at home. Definitely recommend!

The host is totally unresponsive, whether in airbnb or on call. He doesn’t answer the call at all. Secondly I face a problem at check in I have to wait but most importantly I face problems while checkout they were asking for electricity bill which I agree that it’s upto the guest but they were asking for 10 baht per unit whereas the official Thai government rate is around 4.18 baht per unit which they the host don’t have any right to charge more than what’s the officials are charging. Every one has an equal rate in that electricity units decided by the respective government. But they we’re just denying to accept it which is totally not acceptable from guests. Otherwise place is superb, private, peaceful, luxurious & excellent. The host is also great but yeah I mentioned what problem I faced.

Wonderful stay... We were lucky enough to stay in this sublime villa, which is brand new and has everything we needed to feel at home during our stay. The view from the second floor is breathtaking, overlooking the beach and the magnificent bay. Beyond the house, the villa's service is impeccable: we were lucky enough to be welcomed and looked after by Areeya, a real sunshine! She took care of us every day, always looking after our every need... a pleasure. We had breakfast, a private dinner and an in-home massage. It was a real luxury! What's more, Koh Yao Noi island is a jewel, a haven of peace in the middle of the sea... I highly recommend it.

Staff met us to welcome us to the Airbnb. The girls were very friendly and accommodating. They gave us great recommendations for a night market and restaurant. The showers were a bit tricky to make hot water work, (sometimes inside and other times it didn’t). Great pool and view of the ocean.

We had a great stay, it's a very nice house with lots of charm in a lush landscape in the middle of a palm grove! And the great pool! kanchana is a very cool host, very able to make you feel good with beautiful little touches that are very nice 😊👍 We had a great time with her

I came to Phuket for three days and decided to stay at the villa last minute. The host is Chinese and friendly. We didn't have a car. It's inconvenient. The landlord drove us to the Rawai seafood market. Because the landlord knows the local seafood market owner, he spent more than 500 yuan to eat a table of seafood. It's only a five-minute walk from the sea. It's really super close. The locals have their own pier. The sea is very beautiful. There are also Thai boxing restaurants, cafes, restaurants, zoos, dolphins. It's really nice and worth a stay.

Highly, highly recommended. Clean, Quiet, Good communication, nice view and very private. Book when it is new in the market. Try before it is hard to get this place.

I had a great stay at Calm. Although it might be hard to get to if you don't have any transportation of your own, but in our case we rented a car and it was quite easy to reach. Check-in went very smoothly, we've arrived and were shown the place and even got some recommendations for food in the area. The house itself is clean and very well equipped with good and fast WiFi, TV, Bluetooth speakers, large fridge and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Of course the area is also beautiful and we even had bean bags on the pontoon in front of the house to watch the view. Highly recommend staying here!

Aekapon was a very responsive host which appreciated. We liked the location because it was code to the training gyms which we traveled for. It is in a very local neighborhood bustling outside, but the place is like a refuge inside. The place is spacious and clean. Although we didn’t use them, snacks were left out as well as a few starter coffees and such. There is a large washer which we very much appreciated. Would recommend this place in Phuket!

During the first stay in Thailand I could not have been blessed more than having had Oom as a hostess. She is a very kind hostess who shared deep insight into the plentiful Thai culture and Buddhist understanding. The accommodation was kept throughout the stay in pristine condition, which was very much appreciated. The local neighbors are very kind - met them always with a gentle smile. :) The bicycle provided by Oom was kept in a very good condition - it was of utmost joy riding through Phang Nga and appreciating the local abundant cultural heritage and places of either very well kept and/or untouched nature. 🙏 Sincerest recommendations to anyone and all who are looking to unwind and/or embrace the truly peaceful, serene nature present in (always sunny 😊) Thailand. ☀️

The guesthouse from Noony and Dietmar is located in a wonderful quiet settlement. We enjoyed it so much. The pool is amazing and we had it for our own. We appreciated very much that Noony picked us up from the airport and they gave us a lot of information where to go and which places are great to see. Their 8 year old daughter Aysa is also very sweet, and they own a cute dog called Honey. We went for a recommended boat trip which was great! If you want to have a stay in Phuket where it’s quiet and calm and enjoy the suggestions of the landlords, this place is highly recommended! We will be back next time!

Great Location, easy to find and easy check in and check out loved it there, loads of local thai restraints to choose from, only 10 min drive to phuket town or 20 mins to rawai beach, place very clean plently of space highly recommended, host is amazing and help with all of our needs. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
