Villa holiday rentals in Ko Yao District

We spent a spectacular week taking dips in the pool and the ocean, walking in the sand, relaxing with the beautiful views of palm trees, hills, and nearby islands. We could have gone elsewhere on the island to eat, but the food that was right there was absolutely delicious and provided a wide variety so we always looked forward to what we would choose next. My husband who believes there are so many places to visit that he should never return to a place a second time said without prompting, "I think we should come back here." That's as high praise as we could give.

Wunderschöne Aussicht, Villa mit allem was das Herz begehrt, top ausgestattet. Super sauber. Sogar internationales Fernsehprogramm vorhanden. Für jeden der Ruhe sucht absolut empfehlenswert. Gastgeberin ist topp. Ihr lag wirklich am Herzen, dass wir uns wohlfühlten. Ganz viel Unterstützung und Insider Tipps bei allen Belangen. Wir kommen wieder!

The place is very good, great view of the ocean, good villa, but the breakfast was served to the villa itself most of the times was not fresh, there was no buffet. Restaurant is okay. There are a lot of restaurants nearby to try out. The property and the stay experience was nice except for the food part

Beautiful and spacious house in a quiet location! We felt like home from the very first minute. Very clean, functional and has all amenities, very good equipped kitchen. Hospitable and very responsive hosts and house manager. We’re grateful for the excellent service!

Can’t speak more highly of this place - it was beautiful! I can’t think of anything we would change! Mhee and the others were amazing too - so helpful in answering questions and arranging things for us and the breakfast every morning was delicious. Definitely recommend hiring a couple of scooters to get around. The current building works nearby didn’t bother us. Highly recommend this place ❤️

We had a wonderful stay. Everything we need was catered for and all trips were organised at the drop of a hat sometimes but ran smoothly so no need to worry about anything. We just had the best time 😍

I’d give this place six stars if I could. It is right on the most swimmable beach. Within 2 minutes walking from some of the best restaurants on the island. The hosts helped us organize onward travel to khao sok. They took care of everything. One of my favourite places ever!

Super tolle Villa mit wahnsinnig schöner Aussicht auf den Sonnenaufgang. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, super einfacher Check-in und Rollervermietung. Jeden Tag wurde Alles gereinigt von einer sehr netten Dame. Am besten teilt man sich die Villa mit Familie oder engen Freunden, da eins der Badezimmer nicht komplett geschlossen ist. Insgesamt ganz klar eine Empfehlung!!

Krabi Castaway Villa was a wonderful stay. The villa itself offers breathtaking views, a peaceful location far from the city, and was impeccably clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. Transportation is available daily from 8 AM to 8 PM for an additional fee, which is important to plan for given the remote setting . having transport is a must to fully enjoy the area. I highly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a serene and well-managed escape in Krabi.

The Seakiss Villa is truly a beautiful place overlooking the sea. The view from all of the rooms and pool is incredible—nothing beats watching the sunset by the pool, cocktail in hand. Even better than the view, the service provided by the villa staff was top-notch. The villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived and remained that way the entire week. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were delicious. All this thanks to the friendly villa staff, Ann and Pong. Kwan, the house manager, was very responsive and helpful. We felt very attended to during our entire stay. We highly recommend the Seakiss Villa!

This stay is a part of the Anawa Krabi resort. The most peaceful, serene, beautiful stay I’ve ever had! This location consisted of 1 “main” villa that included the primary bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen; separated by a private enclosed courtyard to the “secondary” villa that included 2 separated bedrooms and a shared bathroom. It was the perfect space for us as a couple and a guest— privacy and separated areas! The stay was tastefully decorated in organic modern decor and spotless! The restaurant was one of the best resort restaurants we’ve ever dined— you won’t be missing out on local Thai flavors! The staff was courteous and helpful; and communication was available through the Line app. I’d point out both sides of the villa had windows that were easily visible through the courtyard. Just make sure your shades are drawn if you need privacy! The scenery is breathtaking and well worth staying in a more secluded location. Ao Nang Beach area is about 15-20 min drive.

Marc’s place is an absolute treasure. It is all you can ask for a wonderful holiday. Superb view, cleanliness and staff that look after the property. There is nothing bad to say about Marc’s hosting. A must stay if you are visiting phuket! A big shout out to Dennis the captain for the private boat - also a must do to look at some of phukets less touristy treasured islands

We stayed here in April through Songkran. This villa is amazing ! The views are incredible 😍 It’s located at the top of a small hill giving you views to die for ! The pool was great, everything worked. We had some wild life right next to the villa which we both found great 😌 We even seen elephants from the side walking up the road with the locals. Villa Nirvana is an absolute dream! Ilana was a very responsive and helpful host. The view is truly breath taking and the villa has every amenity imaginable, even housekeeping every day if you wish! The kitchen is so well equipped you can easily cook or have bbqs and enjoy the beautiful patio and view. Our family of four was so comfortable and we truly loved everything about this little piece of heaven. Highly highly recommend!!

I wish we would have had more time. We stayed way too short in this fantastic villa. Its has everything you can wish for and then some… Almost on the beach, many restaurants in walking distance, quiet corner of the village. Perfect sea views from the balconies, two living rooms and two fully equipped kitchens. Master bedroom on the third floor is a dream come true with sunrise visible from your bed. All facilities spotlessly clean! We HAVE to come back… and we will!!

Great place to stay. Exactly as described ! Piyavit is a wonderful host. His staff is extremely helpful and responsive. No disturbance whatsoever. Had a great time and a wonderful vacation. Situated right on the banks of the sea and close to a beautiful cafe. Serene !! Loved the safety features, the cleanliness and everything else too. Highly recommend it.

الفيلا كانت فوق التوقعات 😍 هادئة، نظيفة، وجديدة ، ومجهزة بكل شيء ممكن نحتاجه جميع الخدمات والمنظفات المساحة واسعة جدا جدا ، فقط المسبح مافيه خصوصية لان جدار الفيلا مافيه باب مفتوح على ممر المجمع ومن السهل وضع حاجز للخصوصية .. المضيف كان لبق وسريع الاستجابة لأي استفسار. الموقع قريب من الخدمات والبحر و بعيد عن الإزعاج. تجربة راقية جدًا وأكررها بإذن الله

Lieu magnifique, une vue sur le coucher de soleil incroyable ! Nous avons regretter de ne rester que 2 nuits.

The view in this place is absolutely amazing, photos do not do it justice, it is advised to get a scooter to car as it is up a long hill, and the beach and everything is about 5 min drive away. Also the Krabi night market is only 10-15 mins away which was super fun to explore. Would come back!

Excellent property, high end finishes, very well kept. Spacious, private villa within walking distance to the beach. Squeaky clean housekkeping, comfortable beds. Friendly hosts. A gem.

Beautiful place quiet away from the hustle of Ao Nang! It’s about a 15 minute Grab ride into town, very doable!

Wonderful staff. Gorgeous location. Beautiful and clean room. On site restaurant was great. Staff was able to provide scooter rental and laundry services. Which was a huge help. This listing is a hidden gem, can’t wait to visit again!

This is the absolute best airbnb for a family visiting Krabi. My six-member family stayed for a full week, and everything went perfectly. Alex and his wife were so very sweet and gave great recommendations on nearby fruit markets and things to do in the area, as well as setting up transportation from and to the airport. My wife wouldn't stop talking about how much she loved the large windows making the kitchen, dining-area, living room, and connecting hallway all "open concept" with sweeping views of the mountains, farm and forest (as well as the pool area!) Every bedroom was fully equipped with their own bathrooms as well as desks, allowing for space for any laptop work to take place as well. Each room is pretty well sound-proofed too. Some family were able to work at their bedroom desks while others were making noise cooking in the kitchen or watching the living room tv. My family loved the massive kitchen, huge fridge, and being able to walk to the beach! Trip of a lifetime!
