The house is right on the water so you can hear the sound of the waves under the house. Its right on the beach and this beach is fun to be connected to the locals around, specially for kids. It is not a swimming beach. Beautiful swimming beaches are to reach in only 10 min. walking distance or 5 min. by scooter.

Not sure 1000 characters will be enough, but I’ll try: Punch and her partner, Wayne, were EXTREMELY helpful and their customer service is on par with that of 5 star hotels we’ve stayed at in big cities. We came to Krabi to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The hosts played an integral part in helping me coordinate a special day for my love. Punch secured a private boat tour and very special lunch and reservations for us at “Lae Lay” restaurant at Phulay Bay, and a wonderfully decadent chocolate cake from a local cafe. Wayne about took his last breath blowing up loads of balloons to surprise Leila with on the boat. We joined Punch’s awesome yoga class on Saturday morning as well. The fridge was well stocked with water, milk, juice, and beer. The villa itself was stupendous! Very clean, organized and luxurious. It is a little secluded, but we used the local taxi man to get around. There are also several cafes located nearby. I 10000% recommend a stay with Punch and Wayne. We will be back!

We spent 9 days there as a family. It was heavenly. The house, the staff, breakfast, tips for excursions and organization as well as help with questions were great. We can highly recommend the house.

We were very satisfied with the stay, we also extended it on site, we paid a higher amount there but also got the best villa (Villa 5) with the best view. The service was perfect, someone was available all day and helped directly no matter what, if you needed extra towels, help with technical things, etc. The most special thing was of course the view and the accommodation itself, a 7/11 just around the corner so you could get something to snack on late in the evening ;) In the morning there was always a warm breakfast which you could individually put together the day before, always super delicious! At the reception, we received a small gift before departure, which we were very happy about. what you should also note is that of course due to the location you get to see a few animals which for us was not a problem.
