This listing was beyond stunning. The location being right by the beach was perfect for sunsets or sunrises. Very easy to find, & an amazing perk is the restaurant right next to it! Ms. Jane was going above & beyond to make my stay amazing. The quickest host to respond at anytime of day & the friendliest when needing early check in/late check out! If anyone ever comes to Phuket hopefully you book with her because it was truly a pleasure being there!

Excellent apartment with incredible views, we had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Rourke was responsive and helpful, and sorted the small issue with no hot water in the apartment quickly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be located relatively close to Patong but away from the crowds. Amazing!

The apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The windows overlook the inner courtyard, so no one will look you out the window. The complex has a rooftop swimming pool. You can meet the sunset or swim there. The building is all above. Therefore, you will have a great view of Phuket. There is also a gym in the complex with all the necessary equipment. Separate room for work, which is called a library. Since the building in which the apartment is at the very top, it will be most convenient if you have a scooter or car. Transportation can be parked in a multi-level car park. There is a mosque not far away from the place. Service starts around 5am. You can hear the prayer, but it didn't bother me. Because I'm a heavy sleeper. I would recommend this apartment !

Had a great stay in this Aibnb, the host is accomodating and very friendly. Also a strategic place near to Patong beach. Will repeat again if i ever come to phuket again. And thank you so much for the early check in and late checkout. Thailand you have my heart.

Amazing apartment right across from the beach. Pool was beautiful, with plenty of lounges at all times. Very central location. Restaurants, convenience stores, massage and pharmacies all close by. Residence security staff friendly and helpful. Felt very safe at all times. Host was extremely helpful and very responsive. Could not fault the place and would recommend to friends and family.

Good afternoon! We spent 2 weeks in this accommodation, there were three of us, 2 adults and a 5-year-old child. From the first minute, we realized that we were lucky that the accommodation was available on our dates. The apartment is very spacious, a large living room, a bedroom with a comfortable bed, a kitchen with everything you need for cooking. And an unforgettable terrace, where we drank coffee in the morning with a view of the ocean, and in the evening relaxed in the jacuzzi watching the sunset. The accommodation also has kayaks, a board, children's toys, etc., which can be used on the beach. The beach is right next to the villa, so next time we will need a minimum set of clothes - a couple of swimsuits and slippers - that's enough. The beach is clean, without waves. The area is far from the center, but grocery delivery works well, you can get it the next day. Restaurants, massage, pharmacy are nearby. The host is attentive and responsive, responded to all our requests immediately. Thank you, Ramon, for your help. We will definitely come back. It was unforgettable.

Highly recommend a stay here for your vacation or travel in Phuket, Alexandre the host was always responsive and respectfully. The property is as listed on the photos and is very beautiful and private with an amazing indoor pool and beach access right infront . The house was simply wonderful. We stayed with my family for a week and everything was clean and tidy. The price was very affordable, the villa was extremely luxurious and comfortable, and it was within walking distance to everywhere in Kamala. The host and the staff helped with everything. The pool is bigger than the photo. I definitely recommend it. We stayed as 5 families and it was very good in terms of privacy. Thank you.

Sebastian was super helpful and responsive to all our needs. He set us up with a reliable driver for anywhere we wanted to go. Maybe it was lack of communication but we were under the impression that the house had its own beach from the photo of property from above and the way the listing worded it. And looks like there are chairs or umbrellas or something. We found plenty to do though and for the most part we enjoyed our stay very much.

My stay was very pleasant. Villa is very well placed, very clean, very professional service, very smiling. The view and sunset are amazing. very close to the restaurant and 7 eleven shop. Special thanks to Pu,Nina and Annika.

Great place to stay with friends. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach and the pool, and watching all of the geckos and toads in the yard at night! The location feels private and safe. There are just a few neighbors and usually just a few other people at the beach. The neighbor dogs came over to visit and they were very sweet. Just a few minutes drive to the restaurants and shops in Rawaii, and about 20-30 min drive to Kata. Make sure you have water shoes to swim at the beach, because there are rocks and coral. Also probably a good idea to have an SUV for the bumpy driveway.

My family and I had a pleasant stay, there was 10 of us— the place was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. One thing to note is that there’s a noisy bar right next door that stays open late, which might be a concern for light sleepers. The location is a bit secluded, so you’ll need to rely on taxis or rideshares to get around. Overall, a good stay if you’re okay with a bit of nightlife nearby and don’t mind traveling for access to amenities.

The room has amazing view of the ocean. Spacious balcony with full kitchen to cook. Ao Yon beach is a few minutes walk from the room (this place is beach front!) When we arrived, the room was sneaked into without the host’s knowing and the place was untidy. But the host responded very quickly and sent his team to clean up the place rightaway even when its late in the evening. We also got great discount and a gift as well :) So all in all, we have a great stay! Thanks for receiving us!

I loved Irina's place. I felt right at home. The neighborhood is quiet and had an absolutely lovely view. I 100% recommend staying here if you visit Phuket. It is close to everything with a quick 15mins ride to patong beach. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Phuket.

Supercalifragilistic! That’s the only way I can describe the host, seriously. I had an early morning flight, and the host arranged a private driver to take me to a few places that would take some time. One of those places was a massage parlor. I was also able to do an early check-in. The place was really clean. There are plenty of mini markets, restaurants, and souvenir shops within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

Remote seaside retreat with beautiful view and access to good restaurants and night market. Excellent hosts. Fully stocked apartment with everything we could ask for and more. Definitely recommend for a quick weekend getaway.

The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

Our first trip to Thailand and we definitely made the right choice on somewhere to stay in Phuket. Fantastic apartment with excellent facilities, very secure and only a few minutes walk to the lovely beach and all the facilities of Kata Beach. Chris was very helpful from initial enquiry through to booking, would not hesitate returning and staying here again. As others have mentioned it is quite a steep hill up from the main road to the apartment so worth considering if anyone has walking difficulties.
