This is an ocean view unit on the most ocean side of the building called Gem base in Suma. (Room No.1) During the summer swimming season (July and August), the sea house and the BBQ restaurant next door are open, so it will be lively until around 21:00 at night. Because the railroad is near, you will hear the sound of the train driving. Paid parking is not available onsite, so pay parking is available nearby. The interior is the main accommodation room on the second floor, and the first floor is a large free space (with a sofa bed) that can be used freely, not only for couples and friends, but also from families with small children to business travelers. You can also enjoy BBQ on the large grass terrace facing the sea on the premises♪ (please use the Electric griddle hot plate and extension cord provided in the room.Charcoal is not allowed) The next door is a windsurf shop, so you can rent a sup, take a windsurf school, or try marine sports!(Reservation required) 4-minute walk from Suma Station along the beach!

Two single bed mattresses, 1 single extra bed, There is one futon mattress and one futon. We use single coil mattresses made by Simmons in the United States. Single beds are separated. For 3 people, we will provide an extra bed or futon mattress. We have plenty of kitchen utensils. It's spacious and you can also enjoy cooking. It takes about 5 minutes on foot to get to the market, where you can find fresh ingredients such as greengrocers, fishmongers, and butchers. There are many recommended shops, such as cozy taverns and cute cafes. Coffee and breakfast from nearby coffee shops can be delivered.
