Cozy 50 m apartment with two bedrooms, on the seashore for 2-5 people, equipped with all necessary appliances, with a cozy balcony. There is a workplace and a cozy corner for romantic evenings.Lying on the bed, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea . In 5 minutes walk there is a supermarket two chain, two chain pharmacies, and three banks. A 10-minute walk from the central market, where you can buy the freshest vegetables, fruits and there are also shops where all this is more cheaper.

Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

ძალიან მყუდრო, სუფთა და კარგი სახლი, როგორც ოჯახისთვის ასევე სამეგობროსთვის. თუ გინდათ რო თავი სახლში იგრძნოთ და ყველა კომფორტი დაგვხდეთ აუცილებლად გირჩევთ ამ ბინას. სახლს აქვს ეზო სადაც შეგიძლიათ განათავსოთ თქვენი ავტომობილი, რაც ძალიან კომფორტულია. რაც შეეხება მეპატრონეს, ის ძალიან თბილი და ყურადღებიანია, ყოველთვის მზადაა დაგეხმაროთ. Очень уютный, чистый и хороший дом, как для семьи, так и для друзей. Если вы хотите чувствовать себя как дома и иметь все удобства, я определенно рекомендую эту квартиру. У дома есть двор, где вы можете припарковать свою машину, что очень удобно. Что касается хозяина, он очень теплый и внимательный, всегда готов вам помочь. Very cozy, clean and nice house, both for family and friends. If you want to feel at home and have all the amenities, I definitely recommend this apartment. The house has a yard where you can park your car, which is very convenient. As for the owner, he is very warm and attentive, always ready to help you.

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

very nice modern place. kitchen has everything you might need, even a nutcracker. water pressure in the shower is good. there are a lot of supermarkets , fruit markets and cafes, thrift stores + tobacco shop nearby. thank to Giorgi for assisting us with late check in.

شكرا جزيلا لصوفيا ووالدتها ووالدها لم التقي بصوفيا لكن والداها رائعين احضرت والدتها لنا القهوة والبقلاوة والشكولاته. كنوع من الضيافه الكوخ جميل المكان يبعث على الراحه والاستجمام حضينا بيومين بكوخهما الهاديءمن اجمل ايام حياتنا 🌹 من يبحث عن السكون سيجده عندهم مهتمين بادق انواع التفاصيل وديكورات الكوخ جميله جدا والدة صوفيا رائعه كانت مبتسمة دائما شكرا لهم وساكرر الزيارة وانصح الجميع بزيارة المكان 👍👍👍

My stay in this beautiful house was outstanding. The property overlooks a perfect panorama, and every evening we enjoyed spectacular sunsets right from the terrace. Inside, the three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped—far above typical Airbnb standards—so cooking felt effortless. Best of all, our host was a delight: warm, communicative, and incredibly flexible. She even accommodated a late check‑out and answered every question with genuine enthusiasm. I would happily return to this home and recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a memorable, worry‑free stay.
