Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Kobuleti

The apartment was perfect. Clean, without any smell etc. The sofa and bed were clean and comfortable. you can find everything you need. There are enough kitchenware, other necessary stuff such as hair dryer, vacuum cleaner,iron ,etc. Everything was well-thought out. The host Giga was very friendly and nice person. He even allowed us to check-out later as we were with a baby and it was comfortable for us to stay at apartment before flight. The location was good - not far from sea side. However, a litle bit noizy place. But it can be easily solved with closing windows. I am fully satisfied with our stay at this apartment.

We were lucky to find this wonderful apartment! Traveled with two families: four adults and three kids. Everyone is perfectly accommodated, the sea is a 10-minute walk, the center is also a 15-minute walk! The apartment itself is very beautiful, equipped with taste and soul! A large kitchen - a dining room, a large balcony - a godsend, we spent evenings here! Many thanks to the friendly hosts! We'll come again!

Lela’s place feels just like home! It has everything you might need and more — you can cook, you can chill in a big balcony all day long even during a heavy rain, and all this breathing fresh sea air! The location is perfect to explore the city as well as to enjoy the seaside or the tranquility of the nearest park with the cutest pond. There’re a lot of nice places to eat nearby, and the food delivery from everywhere is quite fast. Most importantly, Lela is one of the best hosts I met over the years on Airbnb! She is so welcoming and caring as if you are visiting family or a friend. I’ll definitely stay at hers whenever I come back to Batumi! ❤️

This apartment is nice and comfortable for both short- and long-term stays. We would like to highlight the beautiful view from the apartment. It is located very close to the famous Batumi embankment and numerous grocery stores. It was relative quiet in the apartment, even on New Year’s Eve. However, there was a dog near the building whose loud barking at night could be disturbing, especially for those who need a silent environment for sleeping. Overall, we highly recommend staying in this apartment!

My stay at Nino’s apartment was fantastic! Perfectly located close to the beach and surrounded by all essentials, it offers a truly authentic local experience compared to newer developments. The apartment instantly felt like home, the neighbors were lovely, and any questions were answered at lightning speed. Traffic was typical for the area but never a problem. I loved it so much, I’ve already booked my next stay in July. Highly recommended!

Lika is a great host, check-in and check-out went smoothly, also she additionally provided everything we need. The apartment has beautiful sea view and you can walk to the beach in just a minute. But on some days at night, loud music from restaurants on the beach is possible until about 1 a.m.

The apartment is ideally located. Between major hotels where there are much less people on the beach. From the door to the sea - three minutes! The apartment is clean, the furniture is new, the bed is huge with a nice mattress. The apartment itself is very spacious, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. View from the window 10/10. We will miss the morning coffee for a long time on this balcony overlooking the sea and the mountains (yeah, you can't see them in the photo, they are to the left and very beautiful) The host got a baby crib at our request. Special thanks for that! We are very glad that we rented this apartment. The best part of our vacation!

the vacation was at the highest level. Lovely location of the apartment, in the center of Old Batumi, great atmosphere. Everything is within walking distance. I stayed with children, it was comfortable. The apartment is clean and good.
