Lovely apartment with an amazing host 👌🏻 The location is great between the new and old Batumi, all the sights are within a walking distance. Host is available and allowed us to wait for our flight in the apartment. The size of the apartment is impressive, huge bedrooms and high ceilings, good quality furniture. We will definitely come back here, highly recommend 👍♥️

We've really enjoyed our stay at Vitalij's place. The location is perfect - close to the beach, to the lake, to the shop and not many tourists around. The communication was perfect and Vitalij managed quickly to deal with every struggle made by the covid-19. Btw. Vitalij's grandmother is wonderful. Thanks for everything:)

I would like to especially thank the owners for their friendliness and warmth. ) It was very important for us to have a yard as we traveled with children - they needed space for games and other pranks. Everything in the house was good for us. It was especially convenient to have a lot of bathrooms (we traveled with six).

We’ve had an incredible time at Giorgi’s house. Comfortable little terrace with a breeze from the sea, barbecue zone, parking space under the house in the shade, walkable long shore is all yours. Giorgi is very friendly and talkative. You might be lucky to hear a cool story from him. It’s an extra bonus!

We truly loved our time at this house - it’s such a special place, beautiful and full of character. It gave our family a perfect space to relax and recharge.

We stayed with a large group of 3 families, 9 people, including 3 children. The rooms are cozy, clean, as described. There is everything you need. Felt like home. The location is most advantageous, just a step away. Separately, it is necessary to say about Levan and his wife Leje: wonderful people, always ready to help and advise. We will definitely stay at Levan's place next time

The location is great. The place is suitable for a large group, the only disadvantage is that the toilet and kitchen are in a separate room. And the host himself was very friendly and friendly! We had a lovely chat and had a great time.

Apartment was extremely clean and neat. Views ars stunning and location is pretty good for walking. The appartment is in between two largest malls in the city (1.5 km, walkable). Not too many restaurants nearby but place is worth choosing.

Clean and beautiful room with a great view. I recommend all tourists to rent it. The owner is very kind and understanding. He refunds travelers' money if they change their flight. For me, this is the most beautiful apartment I've seen in Batumi.

This is our second time staying in this apartment — and again we were very satisfied. The location is simply wonderful: everything is nearby, the center, while calm and cozy. Nice place to stay with a nice view

We are very happy to have stayed at Alex's apartment. Everything was clean, the apartment is conveniently located very close to the city center. There are 2 balconies. Each bedroom had air conditioners, which saved us in the heat. Nice and helpful host. He met us at the train station, drove us to the house and helped us bring things to the 6th floor, which saved us from logistical problems. And when I checked out, he allowed me to leave my things until the evening. Thanks to this, we got the opportunity to swim in the sea again and walk around the city, for which he has a special thanks! Overall, we loved Alex's place and would love to come again.

Recently renovated apartment, good location on slightly busy street near old Batumi.

This apartment exceeded my expectations. Very spacious and tastefully decorated, with a modern and stylish design. Gorgeous kitchen that is perfectly equipped with appliances. It was a pleasure to cook on it. I was very pleased with the comfortable table and chairs. The only disadvantage is that the water in the shower goes very slowly into the drain. If you turn on the maximum pressure, the water will pour the entire floor. Overall , I recommend this apartment for both short and longer stays. This was my best rental experience in Batumi.

The best thing about this appartment is the view it offers. The living room and both bedrooms have a view of the black sea and also parts of the city. It is well furnished with all amenities and overall a great stay. Tamara is proactive and will give you suggestions for places to try around batumi.

Clean, quiet house not far from the sea
