Our hotel is located right on the seashore of the quiet cozy resort town of Chakvi (suburbs of Batumi). There are 5 rooms on three floors of the hotel. In the yard there is a swimming pool, a bar-restaurant, a breakfast gazebo and a subtropical garden. Each room has a bathroom, fridge, air conditioning, safe, TV, two beds, table, hairdryer, wardrobe, two sets of bed linen, including towels, bathrobes, slippers. The villa has an administrator, a maid, a cook and a bartender.

Out the front is an undercover balcony where you can relax and read a book or sip a red wine, whilst marvelling at the black sea.
