Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Kočevje

Lovely, stylish, cosy & comfortable home. Add to this the beautiful surroundings, meant we had a great stay!

The house is situated on a spacious and very well-kept property. It is in a very quiet location, beautifully situated by the river. The facilities in the house are excellent. Bicycles, a canoe, a volleyball net and table tennis are available for sporting activities. The sauna, whirlpool and beautiful terrace can be used to relax and unwind. We made extensive use of these and had a wonderful time relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. We made day trips to Zagreb and Ljubljana, which can be reached in less than 1.5 hours. We would like to thank Ivan and Alena for their hospitality and for a great week in Medlika.

Communication with Haris was great. He responded quickly and responded to requests. The bungalow is modern u was spotless. The river is beautiful for bathing. We didn't find the address that is. Only after a longer search have we reached the accommodation. We will definitely be back.

We fell in love with the property and surrounding area as soon as we arrived. The barn conversion has been done to the highest standard. The master bed is extremely comfortable and the master bedroom is spacious and comfortable with one of the most beautiful views of the Slovenian countryside that you could wish for. Whether clear and sunny or cloudy and stormy, everything looks great with this view. The hot tub is a delight and the option to heat it with a fire in the evening made it a great place for our kids to hang out in the evening. And to our surprise, we did not encounter much in the way of biting insects - so it was beautiful to be outside in the warm summer heat until way after dark. When storm clouds rolled in, the Sauna was a great place to retreat to - followed by a cold shower and some TV time. The E-bikes were also a lot of fun with very little traffic around due to the seclusion of the area. Martin & co. were absolutely delightful hosts. We'll be back again for sure!

Andrej gives us an enchanted summer break! The house is very well placed and enjoys optimal comfort! Andrej is a welcoming host, always attentive and willing to do anything to ensure that the stay goes smoothly. Slovenia and the Metlika region are definitely worth a visit!! We will come back as soon as possible to continue the discovery of this beautiful country, in this dream house! Thank you for everything Andrej!

Park like surroundings, peaceful and great outdoor areas to relax in.

The accommodation is very well thought out. The kitchen has everything you want. The peace and nature have done me a lot of good.

The house was beautiful, we immediately felt at home; the sauna was fantastic, we wanted to try the pool but unfortunately it was too cold. The beautiful and bright rooms, super comfortable beds, and the fantastic network we had fun climbing up and playing jokes. The only thing is the road is long and a little bad to get to the house( we went with two BMWs, one car plus another is better) but it's really worth it, too bad we only stayed one night. Moja, her husband and her very kind and nice daughter welcomed us with a big smile. I thank you again so much for this beautiful experience.

A very nice New Year's Eve, in a large space that gives you the opportunity to spend a lot of time with friends and family. Marko has always been kind and available for any directions and help, the place is very nice and spacious and allows you to do both outdoors and indoors as you like.

Unbelievably beautiful views, and very well equipped villa. Jacuzzi added to the fun. Very kid friendly as well. Will surely come again ! Very friendly host.

We absolutely loved staying here! Anja and her children greeted us and were a joy to talk with! The home was gorgeous and the surroundings charming. Highly recommend!! And buy their breakfast, it was fabulous!

We had a super nice stay and were delighted with the accommodation and the sauna. We enjoyed and loved the tranquility. In addition, communication went smoothly and we were able to reach out to Peter with any matter. I highly recommend the place.

Natasa and her husband Robert are great hosts who gave us a warm welcome and cooked for us with additional wine. The cottage/ apartma is beautiful, nice and very well built and made. We very much enjoyed the Jacuzzi and the quiet, quiet location. Lovely bed and blissful shower. What a warm, sweet, nice people who grant you the whole world. Their son runs the AirBnB account. One photo does not match the location at their house and that is the photo of the lake. Also the description of 80m to lake is probably part of their other location.

Matjaz welcomed us warmly and instructed us in everything essential. The house was in top condition and the children were immediately thrilled. The outdoor area is very large and offers many opportunities to relax. The area is extremely quiet, which also contributes to relaxation. We also found the view very beautiful because you had a beautiful view of the adjacent forest from the small hill on which the house stands. The accommodation is also perfect as a starting point for any activities. When we plan our vacation in the area again, Matjaz's accommodation is at the top of our list.
