Nice location - short tuk tuk ride or hot walk to many local sights. Safe guarded complex. Supermarket in apartment complex, pool is large (3 different sizes) with a small playground for kids and views of the Lotus tower, and also a gym on the same floor. inside is spacious, clean and with air cons in the rooms.

Mahesh place was alawesome! it's just rhe place we were looking for. beach front, pool, very secure with security 24/7. The room was the best part we had a view of the Indian ocean just few feet away. inside was extremely clean and had ac in every room and living room. Had all what we needed for a great stay. Mahesh was very friendly and responsive for any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. 5 stars!!!

Great place to stay at. We felt at hime immediately and after a montj, we left the place and the ground floor staff with heavy heart. We had a bit of problems to start with, but it was all sorted out soon and it was so comfortable.

This is a fantastic apartment in a lovely upmarket neighbourhood of Colombo. Shayani was great to communicate with, check-in was easy and the place was spotlessly clean. The flat is well equipped, the beds are comfy and the balcony provides a superb view towards the Colombo seafront. There’s a great little supermarket nearby, along with a Barista coffee shop. In addition to the trendy Wildish restaurant on the ground floor of the building, there are many great restaurants in Park St Mews which is an easy walking distance. This apartment is highly recommmended. We will definitely return. Five stars.

Spencer home is a great place to stay. It really feels like home away from home. They treat their guest like a family, one call away host everytime I need something his always willing to help. Geesha Villa was just how it looked in the pictures, and we had a very satisfactory two-week stay here. The host was most helpful and was on hand to help us in a timely manner. Situated halfway down a cul-de-sac, there was very little activity. It was a short (5-minute) walk to the nearest supermarket (SPAR) and a 15-minute walk into Negombo town. A railway ran parallel to the road, but the trains weren't that frequent, and they caused no bother. All in all, it made a great base from which to explore Sri Lanka. Great place to stay if you want to be immersed in local life and beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. It was close to several eateries. I went into Colombo and there were two bus stops within walking distance. It took a bit over an hour to go to Colombo fort via bus or about a 35/45min tuk tuk ride. I didn't mind it being far away. It's very close to the airport. The accommodation is incredibly spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the balcony where I would eat some of my meals.
