Holiday rentals with a pool in Kochi

We had a great time during our stay. The views are beautiful and the host is also very responsive. Overall a great stay

The house is spacious and well-lit with natural light, has a peaceful and quiet surrounding, and the hosts are very responsive to queries. I highly recommend this place!

It is an extremely serene and calm place. It was perfect for our family getaway and apt for our occasion. 2 caretakers helped us with everything and were very responsive whenever a need arose. It was a great space.

Beautiful 1950’s villa with a team of house staff led by Mr Cherian, who took care of everything including delivering amazing food from the sister hotel Eighth Bastion. Sumptuous breakfasts were provided at the hotel, or we could make our own with the provisions supplied (even our fussy 6 year old enjoyed the cornflakes and banana cake). Had a wonderful staycation, with daily music lessons at the Kerala Kathakali centre.

Had a great stay while transiting through kochi at this bnb, the house is beautiful and has amazing vibe!! Must visit. just a little feedback since we were visiting from Canada and use airbnb.ca with no previous experience in India. One thing we noticed was direct messaging on number through host which didn’t sit well initially cz that’s private info, and when we asked for troubleshooting some issue during the stay it was great that the host came right away but didn’t leave once issue was fixed, felt weird being in the space with someone around. I think it was not malicious intent but just something to improve on privacy!

The location is amazing, immediately next to and with a great view of the Periyar river. The villa is large with 5 bedrooms with attached toilets and AC, with spacious living, dining and kitchen. It has a pool with a large lawn and open spaces. The 3 bedrooms on the upper level of the villa have the feel of a traditional 'Nalukettu' kerala house with lot of wood works. There is a caretaker staying within the property available for assist. Food can get delivered to the property with Zomato or Swiggy. There is a good sea-food restaurant 'Al-Saj' close to the property. The host, Roshan, was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

great place... had hosted an intimate family gathering along the shores of periar. Had a wonderful time as the staff were accomodating nd helpful to make the stay homely nd comfortable

Noufals place is a GOTO place in kottayam. We stayed here for a Month as I was on a vacation from USA. Place was super clean and had all ameneties.The flat was close to Kottayam town which made us easy for commutation to all the major restaurants,Supermarkets and LULU Mall. It is just 15 mins from Kumarakom as well.Flat was spotless with 3 big rooms and A/C facility.NRIs visiting kottayam can go ahead and take Noufals flat and you wont have any complaints.Noufal and noushad was very responsive on any issues we faced and helped to resolve faster.Thanks for hosting Us and we will surely book the same for our next trip

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment on the 10th floor! The rooms were clean, spacious, and had balconies offering a stunning view. The place was definitely worth the price, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. While WiFi and a few more basic kitchen utensils would have made the stay even better, these were already mentioned as unavailable in the listing, so no surprises there. Overall, a great experience, and I’d love to stay here again!

We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. The location is very convenient, especially being close to the airport. The flat is well-appointed with a kitchenette, a cozy sofa, and a TV room that’s perfect for relaxing. I also had access to a nice swimming pool with fantastic view and a balcony with a beautiful view of a lush garden. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area! The place had really good vibe and it kinda has Victorian vibes. The place was comfy and pretty clean. Host is really good and always ready to help out and responds quickly
