Monthly Rentals in Kochi

I was worried because it was my first trip to Matsuyama, but the host was very kind and guided me, and it rained a lot, but the host came to check me in early, so I was able to use it very comfortably! Especially since you run both the 1st and 2nd floors, the food was really delicious! Thank you so much for letting me have a very satisfying summer vacation. I highly recommend it.

The place was very nice and we had a nice time staying there.

Check-in and check-out times are flexible, so I think it's perfect for people who are used to acting alone.It's great to be able to use the kitchen and bath freely.There are two dogs and a cat, but they are very energetic and when I go to the living room in the morning, they usually greet me. The owner is also a very friendly person and told me about recommended shops and tourist facilities in the area, and the ramen shop he introduced was also very delicious, so it was good. It is a 2-3 minute walk to the convenience store, and there are plenty of restaurants around. I'd like to use it again when I come to Shikoku.

The apartment is very well designed with high quality furniture and equipment. The surrounding environment is peaceful and beautiful in the middle of nature. The host is a kind hearted person who is willing to help arrange everything I need efficiently. I’d like to stay there again.
