Overall a great experience, lovely host, large and spacious rooms and common areas, clean bathrooms with lots of amenities and the view is just incredible and something else. The climb was difficult as it’s located at the top of a hill but totally worth it. Breakfast was provided by the host and was great, there’s a helper around the house as well who was extremely helpful, extra mattress were provided which helped and was very comfortable. Overall we had a great and comfortable time, brilliant for unwinding and relaxing and overall a staycation that is worth it. Lovely experience

The Villa is situated in beautiful surroundings of coffee estate . Just walk through estate will give you peaceful vibes . I think this is best place when you are travelling from coorg to waynad area in kerala . You can enjoy Nalknadu palace & chelavara waterfalls nearby. When we visited , this area rained heavily & there was no electricity , caretaker provided services in adverse conditions with hot water . Caretaker provided dinner was of local coorg flavour , truely authentic . Such peaceful surroundings & early morning chirping of birds will definitely rejuvenate your soul . We will come definitely here again in winter also.

Nice home with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Very peaceful, clean and comfortable to stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful gave us the utensils to use since there was no kitchen facilities. Morning we were served with complimentary breakfast which was very delicious. Very very beautiful house, we really fall in love with the house. Highly recommended host. Thanks alot

We had a very comfortable one night stay with family. The place is close to the city center but the surroundings are quiet and peaceful. The place was very clean and well-maintained. The caretaker was responsive. Don't forget to order food before hand if you would like the host to arrange it at an extra charge. Would definitely visit again.

The place is perfect for a get-together. Me and my friend's loved the place. Spacious rooms, amenities and especially great hosting. We had a warm welcoming experience. I would highly suggest this place for anyone who is looking for a calm and peaceful getaway.

Nice place to be. Very serene and very close to nature. Upon arriving at the place you’ll be struck by the stunning natural surroundings. Rooms are clean and the swimming pool is really nice where we spent hours lounging & enjoying the surroundings. The kitchen is not that well setup which is a little problem as this place is a little far off from the main city so it leaves you with very limited food options. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Our stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The host was flexible, kind, and always attentive, ensuring a smooth experience. The home was modern, thoughtfully furnished, and ideal for families, with great amenities for kids. The beautiful garden was perfect for relaxation, and the proximity to the sea was a major highlight. The food service was convenient and delicious, and the host provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. The on-site caretaker was always available to assist and keep the property clean, and an additional cleaning service added to the comfort. The only minor downsides were the lack of hot water and the narrow road leading to the property, which could be challenging for larger vehicles. Despite these small issues (which the host kindly acknowledged and assured to fix or provide a solution), the overall experience was exceptional. We highly recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future!

We had booked this place for a family trip and had an amazing stay. Pros: 1. Beautiful, spacious and well maintained property. the rooms, pool and surroundings were clean. 2. all the listed facilities were available. 3. the property was easy to find. 4. the surroundings are calm and green. 5. eateries and groceries easily available, food delivery by restaurants was also available. 6. Caretaker is available 24x7 and is super helpful, but only speaks malyalam which could be an issue for some. We took google translators help. 7. spacious car parking area, can fit 2 cars. Improvements: 1. There were a lot of Black ants (can't help given the location plus they're harmless, so not a big issue) so had to keep all the food items protected and out of their reach at all times. 2. there were a lot of ants under the mattress in one of the bedrooms but the caretaker cleared it as soon as we informed him about it. 3. some chairs in the balcony and outdoor seating would've been great.

It was really good stay. Me and my family enjoyed a lot, google map location was correct. Host was very responsive and helpful. Location was peaceful and beautiful. Host and caretaker was very responsive and helpful. We really had good time.

Nice place , having the pool all to ourselves was great. The pool was cleaned every morning despite the rains. Special call out to the quality of food, it was fresh and healthy with not too much of oil. Great place for a weekend to chill.

Mudra Manor was absolutely beautiful. Amazing property, very chic. My dog loved running around the lawn and the trail walking. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. The barbecue was delicious, so was all the meals . The heated pool was a good addition in the rainy cold weather. Partha and the caretaker Ram and chef Das did a great job and were very responsive throughout our stay. Definite recommend this place if you’re looking to have a staycation in a luxurious property.

Deepa is probably the best Airbnb host I have come across. It felt like she just took us in. She's very attentive, polite, warm and helpful. And she cooked such great food for us, it was a treat! The Airbnb is fabulous. Looks like the photos. It has a great vibe - classy and peaceful. I will probably be back.
