Beachfront holiday rental in Kodra e Robit

My stay here was very nice. The host was very friendly. Super nice apartment, everything was clean and the location was fantastic.

I had such a peaceful and wonderful time at Arbana's place. II was looking for peace during the winter and this was perfect. I lived there when it was out of season and it easily was one of my favorite places to be. It was the small things that Arbana had thought of to make my stay extremely comfortable. And when there was something that needed to be fixed, Arbana took care of it immediately! The communication was fantastic and I'd definitely return to given the opportunity.

It was a pleasure to stay at Ilyas Appartment. It was clean, it has a balcony, an elevator, has all the essentials and Ilya was always trying to help if we needed anything. An absolute steal for the price and I would 100% stay there again.

The place is incredibly located at the end of Spille beach, with a real feeling of being alone in the world, just magical! A real moment of relaxation:) Namely, on the other hand, out of season there may be work next door that disrupts a little the calm during the day, and the beach was not yet cleaned.

A fabulous apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very responsive and the pick up and drop off was great and saved stress. Breakfasts were a lovely touch and the pistachio croissant was delicious! Walk into town just less than 2 miles but is a bus if preferred. Would definitely recommend, clean, tidy, well resourced and great value for money.

We loved the house, there was a smell when we just entered, it went away immediately when we turned on the air conditioners, there is a beach in front of it. Both the house and the place and Durres were wonderful. But the parking lot is paid and the owner is malicious. He took more money from us and cheated. The parking machine didn't give a receipt, probably out of paper. There is no English, the old man parking service was terrible

I recently stayed at Tok Apartments in Durrës for my birthday, and I can confidently say it was one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences I’ve ever had. The apartment was even more stunning than the photos ,the breathtaking beach view from the living room made every moment feel like a dream. What made the stay even more special was the exceptional hospitality. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, always available and quick to respond to any request or question,often within minutes! He truly made us feel at home. I’ve stayed at many places before, but the level of service here was unmatched. Everything was perfect, from the comfort of the apartment to the ambiance and the attention to detail. This place made my birthday unforgettable, and honestly, I don’t think I could’ve celebrated it any better anywhere else. The location was good, few hundred meters till the beach, plenty of restaurants and eateries around in Qerret. Even though the apartment located in a quiet residential building, one could clearly hear neighbours and kids screaming sometimes or loud music from neighbourhood, but the host has of course nothing to do with it. It did not bother us much as from about midnight everything was quiet. Apartment had all amenities, washing machine and A/C in each and every room was a blessing. The host was very responsive and friendly. Would clearly stay again as the price/value ratio was really good!

Very happy with our stay!

Great place to stay in Durres. About a 15-20 min walk from city center, but closer to all the good restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and visiting Gate03 for dinner. It’s totally worth it. Great views and can tan on the balcony after around 15:30 (3:30 pm). Will hopefully be staying here again!

Apartament was very close to the sea and local shops and restaurants, which was biggest advantage for our familiy. Endri is incredable host - he answers right away for all questions and is a great local guide. All instructions were clear with pictures attached. Thanks to him we felt like home :)

Very cozy cottage with a direct location on the beach. The pool is not heated, which you should keep in mind if you don't want to vacation there in high summer. The beach was right outside the front door and the sound of the sea through the windows. Some restaurants and bars are in walking distance. If you are traveling with small children, you have to be careful as the stairs have no railings. We were there in early April and the neighboring house next to the pool is currently a construction site, so there was some noise during the day. The house has outdoor furniture for the pool area and for the roof terrace. Check-in was easy and the host was always easy to reach, and help was quick to take care of any issues.

We are very satisfied with our stay here. We unexpectedly still wanted to use bicycles and this was picked up quickly and kindly. Everything was possibly within walking distance. Busy to come that way by car.

Had a great time. Wonderful private villa, with pool, gym and sauna. Danny’s parents were there to greet us and show us round. Lots of space, inside and out, with easy access to the beach too. Everything well looked after and clean. Would recommend.

Such a great place to stay! The apartment was perfectly clean, well-equipped and in an ideal location. Everything was perfect and as shown on photos and description. A very nice apartment based in a perfect location by the sea. Communication with the host was quick and hassle-free, always willing to answer any questions. We had a great stay and would really love to come back. I strongly recommend it!

It was really nice stay. We loved the balconies and the view. Comfortable stay, and the host was nice and welcoming. He gave us alot of tips. The only problem was that we arrived late at night and there was no water or food in the apartment and nothing in the area was open.

Wonderful stay! Impressive views, nice living area and two master bedrooms with private baths. Perfect for two couples. Beach is at your feet? Restaurants nearby are very good and Michael is a wonderful host!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
