We spent two Nights at Qoonel+ The view and the nature around is Breathtaking. After almost two weeks of busy Cities in Japan we really enjoyed the Peace and quiet. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the Matcha Latte was Perfect! We braucht some groceries and the kitchen was Great equipped for cooking. Spending the evening and Night outside by the Fire will never be forgotten.

We had a brief but very relaxing and peaceful stay here. Jun and Kimi are lovely people and the whole place has their kind and warm energy within it. Jun has some fascinating historical facts to share on the area if you are interested, and Kimi makes stunning crystal jewellery. Highlights were their delicious food, the gentle ambient music playing, the beautiful view to the lake from the dining room, the private bath with pure spring water from nearby and the comfy pillows. Only downside was that the mattresses were a little on the thin side for us but I would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you both for a very memorable stay.

One of the most beautiful views of Mt Fuji from the room, especially for the price. The host is super friendly and helpful, as well as the shuttle service being very appreciated if you have some luggage. We loved the place and the room, especially with the traditional Japanese styling and well-equipped shared spaces. The futons were comfortable and we just loved waking up to the view of Mt. Fuji. If you are using the trains, the 15 minute walk to the station can be a bit long after doing it many times over a longer stay, but certainly not too bad if you’re used to walking everywhere else anyways. Overall an amazing place to stay at and we would definitely come back if we are ever in the area again.

I only stayed one night and was agreeably surprised by how beautiful the place was. I had booked a dormitory bed and it was very specious. Since Onsen was a new thing for me, I only tried the indoor Onsen and loved the experience. The check-in and check-out staffs both were really nice and helped me carry my big luggage up to the stairs. I had a nice stay and would definitely come back another time and also stay longer this time. Thank you.

The interior was beautiful as pictured, and the value was great! I thought there was only a fee for the amenities, so I brought my pajamas and toothbrushes, but they left it in the room. I was a little concerned about the sound of cars driving at night because it was along the street. Also, do you have street lights for tatami mats?The room was a little bright all night because it was pretty much inside the room. We weren't able to check in early due to cleaning, but we had a very good impression because you responded immediately when we contacted you! It was a trip with a 0-year-old child, so there were many things I was worried about, but it was a very satisfying stay!Thank you!
