[Chinese housekeeper, housemaid] VILLA SEAKISS, a 5-bedroom sea-view villa, is located in Cape Yamu, one of the most prestigious locations on Phuket, in an enclosed luxury villa complex overlooking the tranquil Andaman Sea. Covering an area of 1,400sqm, the villa is 17m long and has 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 queen rooms and a twin.The villa features the same bedding and toiletries as a five-star hotel. It also has a skilled chef who provides guests with a complimentary high-quality breakfast every morning, with a choice of Thai, Chinese, or Western cuisine. Lunch and dinner can also be prepared for guests (charged per person).The villa has an automatic mahjong machine, Netflix cable TV, and a children's play area. Our butler is fluent in English, Thai, and Chinese and can plan a Phuket tour for guests free of charge.A deposit of 12,000 THB is required to check into the villa. Each group of guests will receive 500 THB for electricity. Any excess usage will be charged at 7 THB per unit. The electricity fee per night is approximately 800-1600 THB.
