Monthly Rentals in Kohimarama Beach

This was our favorite cottage during our trip to New Zealand. ❤️ A big thank you to our host, Sommer, for preparing everything for us. The kitchen had everything we needed, making our stay even more convenient. This lovely cottage is even more beautiful and comfortable than in the photos. We also loved the location—just a 3-minute walk to a park, 5 minutes to great restaurants, and 10 minutes to the beach. We will definitely be back! ☺️

The place was very lovely. The best part had to be waking up to the beautiful sun reflecting against the ocean which I could easily see from the front door. The rooms were clean and very comfortable to sleep in. Bathroom had modern adjustments that I absolutely loved and the lounge was so conveniently set out. Would 100% stay here again.

Amazing stay and location , very close to beach and mission bay. Place was very tidy and host was very responsive and helpful .

Great stay. Tidy and spacious for us. Would visit again if in the area.
