Villa Hilda is located on the shores of the scenic Yli-Suolijärvi, about 20 km north of Posio. A quiet and private cottage. You can fish, kayak, swim and hike. Solar power system 230V. No water supply, drinking water must be brought along. The kitchen has a gas stove, sink and drainage. The coffee maker, refrigerator and lighting are powered by electricity. Separate sauna, bathing water must be carried from the lake. Gas grilling and fish smoking, campfire area. Outdoor toilet. Riisitunturi, Korouoma, Ruka about 50 km.

Lumi Chalet is a high-quality and exceptionally good corner apartment right in the heart of Ruka village, right next to the front slopes. The apartment has been renovated and decorated to a high standard in autumn 2024 – all surfaces, furniture and beds are new. From here you can get directly to the slopes, trails, restaurants, shops and services without a car. The spacious three-bedroom apartment offers stunning views of the village and the mountains – a location that cannot be surpassed in Ruka.

The beach sauna is at your disposal and we will advise you on how to heat it. WiFi available. The price includes linens and towels for three.

Villa Salme: Cozy lakeside logcabin+private beach

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

The cottage has a beautiful wood sauna, as well as stairs from the sauna to the lake to the private dock.

A holiday home near the shore of Lake Kesäjärvi. The windows of the apartment open up to a spacious view of Lake Kesäjärvi. The kitchen window also overlooks the open marsh. In winter, you can go skiing directly from the yard of the cottage. The maintained ski trail is about 200 m away. You can also take a snowmobile directly from the yard. In summer, you can go hiking directly from the yard. There is a dock and a rowing boat on the beach.

Ruka Hideaway is a peaceful log villa by Moisasenlampi, just 3 km from Ruka Village. The property includes a main cabin and a separate sauna house, sleeping 4+1 guests. Enjoy an outdoor hot tub, fireplace, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Ski trails are under 1 km away, and nature surrounds you in every season. Rukatunturi Moisashenry

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.
