Cozy log cabin semi-detached house near the center of Ruka. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave) and comprehensive dishes. Downstairs in the cottage, the living room-kitchen is an open space and there is one bedroom with a double bed. Attic upstairs with separate sleeping areas at the ends. One with a sofa bed and the other with two separate beds. Wi-Fi connection, air heat pump, 11kw charger with type2 connector (electricity is charged separately). Private new beach cottage on a large plot, amphitheater-like location on the shores of the very clean Lake Livojärvi, on the Lapland Riviera. Two saunas (wood-heated and electric-heated) and a hot tub. You may see reindeer right in the yard of the cottage. During the summer season (May to August), we offer two SUP boards, a boat and fishing gear. During the winter season, we offer a few snowshoes, skis and poles for skiing, as well as fishing equipment for ice fishing. The property has a hill and stairs.

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.
