House holiday rentals in Kokkari

We hadden een geweldige week in de accommodatie met onze kinderen (16,13,10). Het uitzicht is werkelijk prachtig. In de keuken vind je alles wat je nodig hebt. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime kamers, een zwembad met uitzicht op zee, meerdere zitjes en binnen ook genoeg ruimte. Aanrader om in de omgeving te doen is wandelen in de omgeving van de Potami watervallen en te eten bovenaan de steile trap. En als je echt een mooie zonsondergang wilt zien, dan moet je zeker gaan eten bij Orizontas (wel reserveren). Een boottocht naar Efeze is ook zeker de moeite waard. In de meivakantie kan het nog wel fris zijn, dus een vestje is aan te raden. Het huis is vrij centraal gelegen en je bent met een huurauto zo in de omliggende dorpjes. De foto’s kloppen met wat je ziet in het echt, misschien is het zelfs nog wel mooier!

Dil probleminiz olsa dahi ellerinden ne geliyorsa yapmaya çalışıyorlar

We have stayed here before and absolutely love it! Vaso, the host, is absolutely so sweet and very willing to help in any way possible. She let us come early to the home so we could rest. The house was exactly like it was in the picture. Gorgeous views, a beautiful pool and Mountain views to the ocean and a great homey space to spend time with family. The home was a few minutes drive to many villages. We will definitely be staying here again.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement grâce à Eleni elle a été incroyable et très attentionné ! Le logement était encore plus magnifique en vrai et très propre. Je n’ai manqué de rien dans le logement car Eleni avait pensé à tous pour les équipements et pour le service de ménage. N’hésitez pas à la solliciter si vous avez des demandes en particulier elle est très à l’écoute. Je vous le recommande si vous souhaitez passer un séjour inoubliable 😊

Ήταν ακριβώς ότι χρειαζόμασταν για τις διακοπές μας! Ένας όμορφος, ζεστός χώρος, σε υπέροχη θέση με θέα, τόσο στο βουνό όσο και στη θάλασσα, μέσα στο πράσινο και με πολλή δροσιά! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο .. με κλινοσκεπάσματα που μοσχοβολούσαν και το κρεβάτι και τα μαξιλάρια μαλακά .. ότι πρέπει για ξεκούραστο ύπνο! Όλα ήταν υπέροχα! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Σημαντική πρώτη σημείωση, απαιτείται ψηλό αυτοκίνητο γιατί βγαίνοντας από τον κεντρικό δρόμο είναι λίγο camel trophy! Σημαντική δεύτερη σημείωση, είναι δεκτά τα ζώα… έτσι θα έπρεπε να είναι παντού!

Magnifique logement. L espace exterieur était somptueux, les photos ne lui rendent pas justice. La piscine est assez grande, la vue extraordinaire, nous avions même un figuier privé avec des délicieuses figues. L intérieur est joli mais les prestations sont un peu déséquilibrées par rapport à l extérieur (toute petite cuisine, pas des volets) mais cela ne nous a pas vraiment gêné. Les hôtes ont été très sympathiques et nous ont donné de très bons conseils.

We chose this house for a 4-day holiday, and it’s located in one of the most beautiful spots on the island. It’s almost equidistant from both the northern and southern beaches, and it offers a lovely view of the village. We stayed as a group of six friends, and each of the houses was charming in its own way. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the late afternoon and watching the view from the backyard area at night. The kitchens in all the houses were well-equipped with everything we needed. Feeding the turtles in the garden was an extra delight for us. Many thanks to our hosts for their warm hospitality. If we visit the island again, we would definitely love to stay in this amazing house once more.

Antonis’s place was great — super clean and peaceful. We had an amazing time. I have no words for the view — it was simply fascinating. We also loved the private beach, which was just a 2-minute walk from the house. The pool was always clean, and the house was cleaned every day. Additionally, there were plenty of good restaurants and bars just 15 minutes away by car. We hope to visit Limnionas again next year. Thank you for everything. 🥳🌸

Die Unterkunft von Martha war einfach hervorragend! Check in war sehr flexibel, wir konnten früher in die Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber. Von dem Haus aus in die Stadt Kokkari war super schnell. Der Strand vor der Haustüre ist sehr sauber und lädt zum verweilen ein. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Εξαιρετική διαμονή !!!Ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος πολύ καλα οργανωμένος είχε τα πάντα !!!Ανετα μένει και οικογένεια πολύ κοντά στο βαθύ πας με τα πόδια παντου !!!Ομορφη γειτονιά ωραία θέα νιώθεις οικείο το χώρο από την πρώτη στιγμή !!!Η οικοδεσπότης επικοινωνιακή χαλαρή και πρόθυμη να σε εξυπηρετήσει και να σου λύσει ότι απορία έχεις !!!Ενοειται θα το ξανά προτιμούσα !!!!!

Ioannis was a considerate host. He responded quickly when I had questions and left a fruit basket and wine to enjoy. The house is small but well organized and comfortable. The bed is comfortable (a bit on the hard side but that is my preference). It is easy to walk everywhere in and around the village. I would return.

Es war eine Zeit wie im Paradies. Ich habe jede Minute genossen in dieser wunderschönen Gegend in dem Traumhaus von Michael. Niemals hätte ich gedacht, dass es in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner ist. Eine Oase der Glückseligkeit. Jeden Morgen aufwachen, sich mit einem Kaffee auf die Terrasse setzen, den Vögelchen lauschen und den Tag im Paradies planen. Michael ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, und ich werde mich sofort für 2026 einbuchen. Das Studio ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit einer kleinen Kochnische, alles super gepflegt und sauber. Von Michaels Haus sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss ans Meer und in die kleine Altstadt von Kokkari. Einen Parkplatz für einen Mietwagen stellt Michael auch zur Verfügung. Was will man mehr. Ein Platz zum Bleiben!! Für immer und ewig!🥳🤗

My wife and I spent a wonderful time in our Kokkari home. It is the oldest house in the village and very interesting. While the town is very busy and filled with restaurants the location is in a quiet spot. Best of all was the rooftop terrace that provided great views of the harbor. It was a perfect spot to catch the sunrise which I did several times. Our hostess was warm,friendly and very helpful. We were sad to leave and would certainly come back. Richard 9/24

A great home to stay in in Kokkari. The view is amazing, and even better at sunset. The AC works well, it has balconies and a nice terrace with a view of the sea and the town. The home is on top of a hill with very narrow streets. You can go there by car, but you cannot park there. It's best to park in the town (which is free) and then walk up, which is about a 5 minute walk, but could be worth considering if you are less mobile or struggle with stairs. There are many good beaches in Samos, but there is a nice beach even behind the house, a 2 min walk.

ik was met een vriendin 9 dagen bij Sadie in Samos, de eerste keer even lopen zoeken naar het huis omdat google maps links zei op het eind waar we rechts moesten. voor de rest had Sadie een route beschrijving gegeven met foto's en dat was eigenlijk heel makkelijk. naar de restaurantjes ( centrum) lopen was 5 minuutjes, terug naar boven was ietsje langer lopen. Wij hadden een auto gehuurd en konden die heel goed kwijt persoonlijk vind ik wel dat je een auto nodig hebt om daar leuke tripjes of dagjes naar het strand wil maken. Voor de rest is Samos echt een geweldig eiland waar iedereen zich kan vermaken. Sadie heeft ook nog geweldige restaurant tips liggen in het huisje wij zijn bij Welcome geweest( wel reserveren) en eten was voortreffelijk. Ik miste iets in het huisje en na de vraag gesteld te hebben werd het al heel snel gebracht, ik zou het huisje zeker aanraden.

We had an amazing stay in Ormos. The apartment was so super clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was sparkling clean and organized from the dishware to the small appliances. The beds, pillows, and linens were of good quality and comfortable. Our host was welcoming in her messages, and the snack basket and bottled water in the fridge were a nice touch. We loved the location that was walkable to many restaurants and the grocery store steps away. We also had a car rental and visited different beaches and other sites. I will recommend this Airbnb to family and friends.

This home is a little slice of heaven. We’ve stayed in many airbnbs around the world and this has been one of our best experiences. Katerina was so warm and friendly and met us at the property to show us around when we arrived. She provided us with many recommendations and gave us her guide to the island which was great! Full of islander favourites and advice. Once we settled in it just felt like home. We’d been on the road for several weeks and were quite tired so just staying at home, lounging on the hammocks and in the beautiful extensive gardens was just what we needed. It was close to everything but still felt very secluded and peaceful. There were several beautiful beaches near-by, both organised and wild. And several good restaurants too. Thank you Katerina and your family for a wonderful stay in your family home. It was perfect!

Evangelia haar vakantiehuis is een pareltje, met veel smaak in de typische griekse kleuren ingericht. Het is zeer goed voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Alles is netjes en je slaapt in fris gewassen lakens. vanop het terras heb je een prachtig zicht. Slapen met het geruis van de zee op de achtergrond. Trapje af en heerlijk zwemmen in de zee. Een winkeltje aan de overkant. Net iets te ver om te voet nr het stadje te gaan maar gemakkelijk bereikbaar met auto(5min), voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Nog een pluspunt is de prive parkeerplaats. Vanwege de trap op het terras minder geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Evangelia is heel gastvrij en zorgt voor een lekkernij. we komen zeker terug!

Vi blev välkomnade med drycker (inkl vin) i kylskåpet, samt frukter. Lyxigt för oss att få städat och bäddat varje dag. Bad, disk och dusch handdukar byttes vid behov. Även badrockar fanns att tillgå. Det var en härlig känsla att gå till det närliggande, härliga havsbadet iförda badrockar :). Georgia var mycket vänlig och ville verkligen att vi skulle få det bra under vår vistelse. När vi frågade Georgia om tips på restauranger, resmål mm var hon mycket villig att delge oss det. Lägenheten trivdes vi mycket bra med. Tyst och lugnt område men ändå mycket nära till butiker och restauranger. Vi älskade verkligen att sitta på balkongen och njuta av den härliga havsutsikten. Morgon sol på balkongen och skugga för den som det önskar. Allt det vi behövde fanns i lägenheten (vi saknade inget förutom eventuellt en micro). Vi uppskattade verkligen att lägenheten var på andra våningen, kände oss trygga med det. Våra varmaste rekommendationer, och vi kommer gärna tillbaka!!

Erg fijn verblijf gehad. Elke ochtend op eigen balkon ontbeten. Rustige omgeving met uitzicht op olijfbomen. Alle basisvoorzieningen aanwezig. Alleen kan het een beetje warm worden boven bij het bed. De airco voorziet voornaamst het beneden gedeelte. Maar er is wel één ventilator aanwezig. Loopafstand tot kokkari / centrum binnen enkele minuten.
