Spacious, peaceful studio apartment with pool

The apartment is situated in beautiful countryside, surrounded by orange groves and olive trees, approximately half way between Paphos and Polis. Although conveniently located just off the B7, it is quiet and secluded. With a private entrance, the one large room (26 sq m, NO KITCHEN) contains a king-sized bed, sofa (convertible into a double sofa bed) and plenty of drawer space. The large, luxurious, en-suite bathroom consists of a bath with overhead shower, as well as a separate walk-in shower.

Shambala is a simple, ocean front beach house in a spectacular location, just footsteps from the sea. This is a breathtakingly beautiful, rural & rustic stretch of coastline, untouched by mass tourism, where the pine covered mountains tumble right down to the sea. Shambala is located on a beach covered in sea washed pebbles and is in the heart of the village. There is a pretty harbour, minimarket, cafe and fish tavern. Pomos is only around 70km drive from Paphos, yet it feels like worlds away.

Lovely peaceful stay at the Fruit Garden. Lovely host, clear and easy communication. Made the stay feel like home. The house was as expected. So relaxing and peaceful. Everything easy to find and use. The beds and pillows are simply ace. Had the best sleep for ages! Good internet, kitchen had everything needed and more. Garden is so beautiful and just a lovely space to relax. Local restaurants and access to beach were a bonus! Would easily come back. Thank you!

We had the pleasure of spending some wonderful days at the Kochini villa in Nea Dimmata – an absolutely comfortable house with amazing sea view, large balconies and spacious open spaces. The villa is well equipped: an excellently furnished kitchen, two separate bedrooms with air conditioning and a modern, stylish bathroom. The entire decor is welcoming, functional and designed with a lot of love for detail. We felt like at home from the first moment. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility and proximity to the sea and beach – a perfect place to relax. The communication with Evridiki was warm, professional and straightforward at all times. Lovely relaxing place to stay. Lovely view. Not overlooked. Lots of seating areas around the garden and villa so we could move about as the sun moved. Leo gave beautiful fresh lemons from the garden, which were delightful. Swimming pool just great. Leo came every two days to clean and check the pool.

Villa Valley View with infinity pool

Great communication from Matheos in the lead up to our arrival and while there, and the villa looks just as pictured with that absolutely stunning pool really sealing the deal! Even though the villa is in a gated community, it really felt so peaceful and like we were alone looking out to the surrounding hills and valley. If you are sensitive to pool temperatures then I suggest requesting heating beforehand, but doubt this is an issue in the summer time (already got quite warm from the Sun in May) and there’s also a great hot tub to hand for the evening. Also be aware that this villa has traditional plumbing infrastructure (typical in many homes on the island).
