Holiday apartment at Rebergården

Brand new holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, full kitchen. Small living room with TV and terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The apartment is part of our farm, which is located in the cozy village of Pillemark in the middle of the island. Although we live in the middle of a city, the yard overlooks fields that belong to the yard. We don't have any animals on the farm except cats and rabbits. The rental is a newly built vacation apartment (2023) of 55 sqm. Towels, linens are included and it is possible to purchase charging of electric car.

The house is located in Mårup on Nordøen, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There is 900 m as the crow flies between both sides of the beach. The house is spacious, high to the ceiling and with many cozy corners. The beautiful hilly nature is characteristic of Nordøen, it starts right outside the door. Nordøen has shopping, restaurants and specialty stores. We have the specialty store HØST and a Wine & Coffee Bar. The gallery is with Pernille's works and Jakob's works can be found in the Café. New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Relax in this unique and quiet home. The house is on a quiet road with peace and quiet and a nice garden with hammock and large black annex with beach equipment. There is the yellow bedroom with double bed and loft room/loft with double bed. In addition, a room on the ground floor with a double bed - the pink room. Our annex consists of a bedroom with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. There is a double bed, dining area and kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, toaster and combination oven. (No hot plate) There is free coffee/tea. There is a patio door out to private tile terrace with garden furniture and gas grill. It is possible to have a car/bicycles parked in the parking lot. SuperBrugsen is 100m and net 400m. There is a cinema about 50m from here and several different eateries nearby. The annex is located up to a green space.

The house is 115 square meters and is located in the quiet village of Kolby in the southern part of Samsø. It consists of a newly renovated country kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 toilets (one with bath) and 3 bedrooms with double/2 single beds as well as a smaller room with bunk bed, which should only be used by people up to 170 cm. In total, there are 8 beds. There is also a weekend bed incl. duvet for children from 0-2 years. Outdoors, you can enjoy the sun on the large terrace, and the children can play on the large lawn.
