The house is newly renovated, it is located in a nice green area with good path systems and a lake. 5 min walk to the train that runs to Vejle and Fredericia. The garden is beautifully decorated and fenced in. The living room has a dining table, a lounge sofa and a 75” TV. There is a lovely outdoor room that can be used from spring to autumn. Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and on the landing there is a sofa bed for 2, as well as a workplace. The house is located on a large natural plot with the possibility of outdoor activities, a nice enclosed terrace, and good parking on a large gravel paved courtyard.

The home is located at the end of a quiet residential road in a small cozy and scenic town with only a 5-minute drive to the beach. There are shopping opportunities in town in Rema1000 and the specialty store Bjert Gamle Brugs. Located only 45 minutes' drive from Legoland and only 10 minutes from Kolding city, which has good restaurants, Kolding Storcenter, museums and many other child-friendly activities.

We have provided everything that makes it a nice place and at the same time made sure that there is room for your things. There are plenty of rooms and the possibility of extra beds. Guests are responsible for final cleaning. There is a weekend bed for a child.

The house has a kitchen/living room with dining table for four people and a sofa bed, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer and oven. In the garden, there is a furnished terrace with the option to eat outdoors and enjoy the surroundings. There is free parking and WiFi for the house.
