Spacious villa with great kid-friendly garden

Bring the whole family to this amazing home with lots of room for fun and coziness. There is a lovely garden with plenty of opportunity for play. There is a trampoline, playhouse, mud kitchen, and sandbox for children. The horses walk in the field straight up the garden. There are lots of games and things for creative play indoors. A real family oasis. Small Hypoallergenic dog is allowed to bring. There are several lovely beaches, great restaurants, and an active city life. Kerneland beach is about 15 km. From the house.

The villa has been thoroughly renovated in 2021 and includes a kitchen, three large living spaces, wine cellar, table tennis and gym. It is also a large utility room and children's playroom. The garden is closed and equipped with garden games, trampoline as well as furnished lounge terrace of 50 sqm. Free access to public pool at Odense Havnebad (1.5 km walk). Netflix, TV2 Play. Caution around the use of furniture.

There is a large kitchen-living room, fully equipped and a large living room with space for coziness by the fireplace, in front of the TV, a game, or a book. There are 4 bedrooms, and 2 nice bathrooms. The forest frames the garden on both sides, and there are sea views. We have sun loungers, hammocks, garden furniture, and a fire place. Large family please house with 4 bedrooms and beds for 7 people. Lovely large enclosed patio where you can grill lovely food and enjoy yourself. The house is located in Vorbasse, only 16 km from Legoland and Lalandia and 32 km from Givskud Zoo. Very well located with many activity opportunities in the nearby area and if you want a day trip to the North Sea it is only 70km away. Electric car charging stands are on properties and can be used via the Monta Charge app (4 DKK/kWh).

Old idyllic half-timbered house with sea views, own beach plot, quiet undisturbed garden, a cozy pavilion as well as two wood-burning stoves for the cool periods. Please bring bed linen and towels. Including cleaning, but coarse cleaning needs to be done. Close to forest and good hiking trails or mountain bike trails in Svanninge Bakker. Enjoy - enjoy Dyreborg forest, beach and water - there is no better place on South Funen. Parties or other major events are not allowed.
