We have a 400 sqm house, of which we rent 150 sqm to guests over the summer. Note: Outside the high season (weeks 26-33), the home is only rented for up to 5 people, and without the two children's rooms! The home is self-contained, with its own entrance and its own kitchen and bathroom, and access to a large garden and terrace. There are 4 bedrooms and additional sofa beds. Kolding is centrally located in Denmark, and thus a good starting point for excursions. Kolding has its own beach and a lot of nature and experiences to offer.

This vacation home is located ONLY 40 meters from the water's edge! The view of the beach and sea can be enjoyed all day. The house is decorated bright, beautiful and calm for the eye. Everything is new and newly renovated and high quality materials have been used. It's a gem, both because of the location and the quality materials. There are 2 campsites nearby, which have paddle boards, segways and kayak/canoe rentals and a kiosk with ice cream, pizza etc. It is possible to ask and pay for entrance to the heated pool with slides.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.
