Located in the outhouse next to our own home. 5 km from E20/E45 and Kolding Mall. Less than half an hour to Legoland , Legohouse and Givskud Zoo. It is about 700 meters to shopping as well as bakery. Cozy and peaceful garden where no amenities should be shared with others. Good hiking trails in the area including the Donss lakes. In addition, bike path to Kolding.

This cozy 50 m2 home is located in a quiet place less than a kilometer from the city center and with easy access to and from the highway. The house has a kitchen/living room with dining table for four people and a sofa bed, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer and oven. In the garden, there is a furnished terrace with the option to eat outdoors and enjoy the surroundings. There is free parking and WiFi for the house.

The apartment is part of a nearly 200-year-old half-timbered house and has plenty of soul. We are happy to share our large garden with you, if you have not already escaped to the forest and water on the beautiful peninsula.
