Holiday rentals with a patio in Kolding Municipality

Very nice and bright apartment in a good location! The host was easy and sweet to communicate with - and had also 'planted his hospitality' in the apartment with flowers in the vase, some snacks, etc. so you felt welcome. Thank you - we would recommend it:)

We stayed for 2 nights over the easter of 2025 for visiting Legoland and Lalandia (40 min. drive). The place is spacious - we were 2 adults and 4 children. We really enjoyed the fresh made coffee ☕ and the accommodation. We will definitely be visiting again when we take another trip to Legoland or Lalandia.

We had a lovely time at Tina’s house. We especially enjoyed the view from the great terrace. The place is relaxing and quite, still you are close to the city center. The communication was great and Tina helped us with good recommendations. I can definitely recommend staying any Tina’s.

A very nice house with a large garden. Great place for every amount of nights and any traveler.

We were 4 people golfing in the area around Kolding. The house is cozily furnished. You can feel comfortable immediately and in addition to a nice little garden with terrace, it offers a winter garden, among other things. With darts Everything you need was available in the house. Great place to stay in the suburb of Koldingen, which had a perfect starting point for excursions for us. The hostess was friendly. In the house we did everything we need for our short trip.

I stayed at the place with my sister for two nights because a friend of mine got married in the area. The house is small but very beautiful and clean. The interior is lovely and the view is great. It’s a quiet area which I loved! Karen was very helpful and friendly. We had a great time. Thank you! Oh and the porch is amazing. We couldn’t really use it because of the weather but it’s still worth mentioning.

Very nice living-dining area with great large table for 8 people and inviting sofa area. Great with the children's rooms and the existing toys, so you don't have to bring too much with you. A quiet residential area and with a 20-minute walk you are in the town of Kolding and on the lake with the castle. A supermarket is also within walking distance. We enjoyed it very much for a short vacation. The highlight for the kids was the porpoises they saw in the bay of Lillebælt.

A cozy little accommodation with evening sun, the beach just 5 minutes away on foot. The bathroom can be described as luxurious. Also kitchen utensils - dishes, small refrigerator - everything you need. The fact that there is no cooking facility here was completely okay for us, as we usually ate salad in the warm weather or went out to eat. We felt very comfortable here.

Incredibly flexible, friendly and sweet host.

Too bad you can't give 10 stars. Communication with the hostess was quick and straightforward. Rooms were very well equipped. The garden could be used, even the garden furniture and grill could be used. The breakfast was super delicious. Bread and rolls were always homemade. Guest requests were responded to. The hosts were very open and friendly. Overall, highly recommended. Communication was in English and partly in German. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful week in Billund, not just because we had the opportunity to dive in the wonderful world of Lego 😃 but also because we felt at home. Torben's place is fantastic, with everything and even more than we needed to feel at home. The location couldn't be better as everything is at a walking distance. Torben couldn't have been a better host, always available to help by answering our questions very quickly and also by giving very helpful and welcoming suggestions just si we would have the best time in Billund.
