Small cozy fishing lodge with beach plot and stunning views of the sea. The sandy beach just below the house is as attractive in summer with a swimming jetty and beach café as it is in winter for lovely walks. Several seating areas on different floors. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, 6 km from Ystad. Very good transportation about 150 meters from the house, trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö and Copenhagen. Bus between Ystad and Trelleborg about 100 meters away. The Sydkustleden bike path runs just above the house.

Swedish charming red wooden house with white knots. Free view, peace and quiet. Heated pool (May-September) and wood-fired sauna with peaceful views. Close to natural areas, Österlen (Kivik 45 min), Åhus (about 20 min), golf courses and shopping in Kristianstad (17 km). Östra Vram is quiet, beautiful and peaceful at a convenient distance from the new E22. You can quickly reach the Öresund region; Malmö (80 km) and Copenhagen (110 km). Skåne offers a lot of activities, culture, farm shops, flea markets and not least, good food.

Guest house in the countryside

Cozy, newly-renovated guest house with sleeping loft. Open floor plan with cooking facilities and patio. Two single beds in the sleeping loft. There are two extra beds, one of which can be a double mattress on the floor in the living room. There is a refrigerator for food and beverages. Coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave and two hotplates allow you to cook your own meals. Pets are also welcome and many of our guests bring dogs, cats and even rabbits. There are nice walking paths in the surrounding area.

If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.
