Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kolonaki, Athens

I stayed with my wife and two daughters for 3 days, we felt as comfortable as if we were in our own home. There is a market on Saturdays, we shopped there. It's very close to the subway, within walking distance. If you want to be close to both the center of Athens and the beaches, this place is very successful in terms of location.

Could not recommend this place more. Old charm with modern amenities, very quiet neighbourhood and easily walkable to all major sites. Christos is extremely kind and greeted us the first day. A great person to converse with. Book this place for Athens.

This villa was amazing. Highly recommend. Accomodations were amazing and you cannot beat the location. 5-10 min walk from the Acropolis, 5-10 min walk from Monastiraki/shopping. The house is very comfortable and has a ton of nice amenities. Will definitely be staying there again when we come back to Athens.

We had a great stay for our honeymoon. The accommodation is beautiful, functional, very clean and communication with the host is excellent! The neighborhood is lively and there are plenty of small restaurants nearby. We recommend 100% and will be back with pleasure!

Great location with restaurants across the street. Great for groups who want to be under the same roof but also want to have their own space in different apartments. There are 3 apartment and each apartment is equipped with a bathroom which made getting ready easy for us 4 ladies. The top 1st floor apt ‘Harmonia’ is very modern, with two twin beds in one room and a Queen size in the other room, kitchen with a cute pink fridge and very modern bathroom. Then there’s the basement apartment ‘Erato’ with a twin sized bed in one room and a queens sized bed in the adjacent room. Living room with tv as well. This apartment has had a switch which you had to flip about 30 mins before taking a shower so you can heat the water, which was a little inconvenient but wasn’t such a deal breaker. The basement apartment’s shower is tricky, had to turn knobs and a contraption on the faucet you had to move up and down to make it go from faucet to shower. Then there’s the studio apt ‘Aegle’ which is small

great apartment right at the heart of Athens, butefull area of Kolonaki. 5 min walk from Evangelismos metro station. apartment is butefull, hut tub is grate. hosts are available and answer very fast. apartment has 2 balconies and the rooftop. amayzing. the place is amazing, kolonaki is amazing Athens is amazing, greece is amazing. very recommended.

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

This is an exceptional find. Clean, spacious, exactly at photographed. The vibe inside makes you feel like you are at a day spa perfect retreat with thoughtful amenities. Great location walking distance to Plaka and many restaurants and sites. I highly recommend. Looking forward to staying here again.

Just a really super apartment in Zografou. It's high up and sunny, which is really nice. The apartment itself is aesthetically pleasing, comfy and tidy. And for me it was very convenient to be able to wash and dry clothes. Oh, and some very nice places nearby for coffee and food. All in all, great place!

This is the fourth time my husband and I have stayed in Angeliki's apartment over the past 2-3 years, each time for three months. It is spacious and extremely comfortable with every single thing guests might need from cleaning supplies to sewing kits to bedding. But the view from the huge front balcony is absolutely the best! The location is excellent for restaurants, museums, and the metro. Angeliki is always available for advice and consultation. We feel extremely lucky to have discovered it.

Beautiful views Very peaceful Kyriakos is very communicative and friendly. The house has tonnes of amenities (how often does your house have an elevator) Would highly recommend renting a car if you're not from the area. Tip for the other travellers: the property is on a very large beautiful tract off land with an automatic gate that can only be opened from the house or two remotes the host provides. Easy enough but something to keep in mind

Host always responded and was very helpful with on-time and affordable transportation from airport and to cruise port and back to airport. We had 7 people with 14 pieces of luggage. 7 minute walk to great restaurants. Would definitely recommend them.

The host treated us very well! Was always reachable, flexible with the checkin time, supported us with transportation during a taxi strike. She was very kind and gave us nice restaurant tips! The house was clean and included everything you need for a nice trip! Thanks a lot and until next time :-)

Absolutely perfect stay. The villa is beautifully decorated and maintained. It is just like the photographs. George was our host and he was very responsive, helpful and generous. He was the perfect host. I would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone wanting a relaxed and luxurious stay. Restaurants are mostly not walkable, so hiring a car is recommended but it’s worth it for the views and the privacy. 10/10, I will absolutely come back to stay again.

Booked this place for my Parents to meet my partners family locally, everything is as showed on Air BnB. I asked to check in early and that wasn’t a problem. Tatiana asked during the stay if we needed anything and was very helpful and responsive! We had a power cut for a day, nothing anyone could do , it was the whole area, but we were told as early as Tatiana could and we went out for the day. Lovely big pool, well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed and sofas etc. Theres a lovely cafe, we went to and bakery just up the road. Highly recommend!
