The apartment has a bedroom with a box spring bed and a living room connected to the kitchen. The apartment also includes a 20m2 terrace with seating. The kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine). The bathroom with shower is connected to the toilet. If necessary, a cellar is also available for storing bicycles. The center is about 20 minutes on foot.

It is perfect for fishermen, nature lovers, cyclists and those who seek relaxation in a quiet and beautiful environment.
