Nalazi se u prizemlju te ima privatni ulaz. Prostrano dvorište je idealno za druženje dok uživate u zalascima sunca u jacuzzi-ju i promatrate najmlađe članove dok slobodno uživaju u igri u dvorištu. Očarat će vas predivni pogled na more i obližnje otoke.. Do Zadra vam treba oko 30 minuta vožnje.

Na raspolaganju su dva bicikla za istraživanje naših ličkih ljepota. Zadar 90 km, 1 sat vožnje. Plitvice 44 km, 30 min vožnje. Krka 110 km, 1h 10 min vožnje. Prva plaža na moru 60 km, 35 min vožnje (Rovanjska).
