Beauty, serenity and incredible views! Our stay was an amazing experience. The apartment is a modern, spotless apartment about 25 minutes from the old town of Dubrovnik. We very much appreciated the tranquility of the location, with birds chirping in the morning as we took in the breathtaking views of Dubrovnik. A big plus for us was the famous Sveti Jakov beach which was only a 5 minutes walk away. We did morning and sunset swims, and even ate dinner at the beach restaurant. The beach felt very much like a hidden gem, especially at the end of our day tours. Our host Jelena was extremely friendly, and responsive, answering messages within minutes. She even placed a pizza delivery order for us on our first night as we were tired after a long travel day. Visitors should know that this apartment is a bit difficult to access and there are many stairs. This was not a problem for us because Jelena made sure we had help to carry our luggage. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Dubrovnik. It was clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax. The living room and kitchen are spacious. The decor is stylish and modern, and the balcony was one of our favorite spots. It easily fit 2 or more of us around the table, and the views were beautiful. If you’re a coffee drinker, it’s a good idea to bring your own ground coffee for the espresso machine. The location worked perfectly for us. It’s about a 15 to 20-minute walk to Buza Gate, which leads into the old town. Mario and Marinela were fantastic host. They sent clear instructions ahead of time and even shared a video to help us find the parking spot from the main road.

We loved Ivan’s place! He sent me very detailed photos on how to get in since we were arriving at night. Gave us very good recommendations for local eats and places near old town as well. Space was perfect for us 2 couples and loved being a bit away from old town. Highly recommend!

Mihovil was a great host and was very helpful in answering all my questions beforehand. The accommodation was clean and tidy and Mihovil provided us with a great selection of drinks and food which was very handy and considerate especially as there was no shop in Bosanka. I’d say the location is great as it was quieter and cooler than Dubrovnik but bear in mind that the bus in the morning only ran at 7am or 11am. If you’re happy to use taxis/uber etc then I would definitely recommend staying here! The restaurant round the corner is excellent too! Thank you Mihovil we had a great time staying in your accommodation! The pool was loved by our daughter despite being cooler due to visiting in May.

Great apartment with a stunning view. We enjoyed every minute of it. It’s not a big apartment, but it was great for a one night stay. It was clean, the bathroom had everything we needed. The was comfortable. The lights in the apartment were warm and cozy, we loved it. The view is so beautiful, we enjoyed our time on the balcony. The chairs on the balcony were great as well.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said? The property is immaculate, comfortable, we felt right at home. Communication before arriving set up the experience of feeling at home with friends. The enthusiastic welcome, lemonade and beer, fruit, Pego the Pekingese and Esmeralda (1 or 2?) - heart-warming. An afternoon of meandering intellectually-rivetting conversation with Nina and Mladenka - sharing life experiences and insights. I never expected this to be part of our stay but it was the absolute highlight. We left knowing that we had made genuine friends in Nina, Mladenka and Pego and I look forward to the opportunity to return, bring friends, and share an experience that was an absolute highlight of our 4-day cycling trip from Mostar to Dubrovnik. My only regret is that we only had the one night with the family - I would stay a week in a heartbeat 💗 Steph and I wish you both, and the pets, all the very best in life and health and happiness. We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Osojnik. The area is so peaceful and quiet, the perfect place to unwind and recharge. We especially loved spending our days sunbathing by the pool and just enjoying the calm surroundings. The house itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed! It was exactly the kind of restful escape we were hoping for, and we already can’t wait to come back. Thank you for such a perfect stay!

We had a great stay at Nikolina's. The apartment is very nice, modern and clean with beautiful harbor and sea views. By car or Uber, you can reach the old town in about 10 minutes. Nikolina was very warm and helpful and helped us with all questions at any time. We would keep coming back, a great apartment to visit Dubrovnik 😊

We had a great stay at the apartment! The communication was brilliant, there were clear instructions for arrival! The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean and tidy and a perfect spot for exploring Dubrovnik and the old town. We would highly recommend Blaženka’s place.

We had a lovely week stay here. The villa had everything we needed and Nikolina was on hand with any queries we had, along with restaurant recommendations. Lovely short walk to the Platan Bar every morning for a coffee. Great outside pool area, only negative is that we wish we were there for longer! Would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again. Thank you!
