Wow! Great place! Amazing view of the ocean! Highly recommend!

Dani's place is so beautiful and peaceful. It's private and quiet, yet within just a few minutes' drive there is access to the beach, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and cafes. She has very carefully created a sanctuary with attention to detail and all the amenities anyone could need; and she really goes out of her way to make one's stay so comfortable and memorable. What a gift to have been able to stay here!

My second time here -- the best house, with the kindest hosts. Well-stocked kitchen and living space, and I love this neighborhood so much.

Great location with beautiful sunset view from the pool area. Kathie had a ton of recommendations for dining and activities and was very friendly.

Really liked this place. easy walk on alii drive to restaurants and local spots. 2-3 local beaches nearby. pool and the black rocks behind it with the ocean view was beautiful at sunset. Exactly what was expected! Safe area. Loved the extra touches like the macadamia nut pancake mix :)

Gorgeous property and cute place to stay! This is our second stay at Adam’s place…. Adam is very good with communication and went above and beyond with accommodating was with a special request that was not listed on the accommodations list. We always enjoy our stay at Adam’s place! Loved the ocean view and proximity to restaurants, beaches, and town. Easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Unit size was perfect for my husband and I. We felt comfortable and safe. Host was great at communicating and was very accommodating.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Justin‘s place. It is very spacious and we were a family of five. My mom, my husband and my two daughters. The kitchen was fully stacked, and the mattresses were super comfortable. The snorkeling gear was a little old so we ended up buying our own gear. The area was great. Very close to a swimming beach and a beach for snorkeling. Justin was very responsive. Always replied right away and very helpful. We hope to come back someday soon!

Stuart's place is truly home away from home. Every little detail so well thought out, you won't find yourself stepping out to stock up on essentials, be it in the kitchen or bathroom. Be it towels, beach chairs/mats or toys, everything is sanitized and available to borrow. Stuart was very accommodating of my request for early check in, which is a blessing when traveling with a toddler. He even had a high chair ready for us. We enjoyed our evenings in the lanai, and I can't wait to be back soon. Thank you, Stuart.

Minh is truly a super host, attentive to detail and to her guests’ needs. She will make you feel at home from the moment you step into her beautifully decorated and fully equipped home. Communication is important to feel relaxed while on vacations. Minh was permanently in touch with us, making sure we were feeling comfortable. When we had problems with the water heater and the ice maker, she fixed them in no time. She even contacted a friend of hers to provide us with ice for our cooler. This friend also gave us fresh eggs from her hens. It was so nice to experience the hospitality of the people in the Big Island! The view of the sunset from the balcony is a piece of art. Her immaculate garden is a treasure. The beautiful color of bamboo in her furniture complements the colors of the sun and brings out the warmth of the house. Minh’s quaint home and hospitality brought peace, joy, and rest to our lives! We came back home renewed. Mahalo, from the bottom of our hearts!

We had an amazing time at Joe and Anna’s place! The location was ideal, tucked in a quiet area but still close to shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything you’d want in an Airbnb. The kitchen had all the utensils and essentials for easy cooking, and the pool was perfect for our kids, especially with the fun pool toys that were already there. Joe and Anna were incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. It really felt like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

Perfect home within walking distance to the beach. The lanai was a perfect hang out spot and we loved the extra provided nature gear and anything else you could possibly need for a day in the sun. Due to unexpected circumstance, which was not of any inconvenience to us, the host offered to extend our check out time on our last day free of cost, which was AWESOME as we had evening flights so extra time to relax and enjoy the island with a home base was BEYOND appreciated. Hosts communicated well and were very friendly. Whenever we return to Big Island, we hope to stay here again!

We can’t say enough about this dreamy stay! Such a perfect fit for our honeymoon on the big island! Jane was so sweet and helpful! Spending our mornings relaxing on the lanai and taking in the scenery was one of our favorite parts of the trip! We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else on a return trip to Kona!

Beautiful oasis with a great beach to walk down to. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we loved that beach! It was so peaceful and the waves were often mellow. It is a bit of a drive into Kona, about 45 minutes. There is a lot to do near the house but to get to white sandy beaches you have to go about 1.25 hours away. The house was great. Clean and open. Neighbors are loud at times but mostly quiet. When they are loud though it is really loud. Overall lovely place and great value.

Incredible place! Beautiful gardens. Walking distance to beach. Great location for day trips. Jill has an amazing attention to detail and the spacious studio displays all of her artistic prowess. It's truly a sanctuary to unwind and chill out. Do yourself a favor and book it for as long as your vacation allows.

The beach gear was so much fun for our beach days, the location was great and close to pretty much everything we wanted to do on the trip, we loved our morning coffee on the lanai, and the decor was a plus, loved it all! Excellent location for all you may want to do in Kona. Beautiful view of ocean. All the amenities made our stay extra special. Davide has thought of everything. Sand toys, snorkels, cooler, telescope for dolphin watching, he has it all. The Green Flash Coffee right next store was super convenient to go to for breakfast every morning and was delicious. Would stay again.

Amy's place was just the perfect condo for us. It had a great unobstructed view the ocean. and the sounds of the ocean along with the evening breeze wafting through the unit at night was heavenly. Having breakfast on the lanai was a treat each morning of our stay. Very private end unit on the second floor assured privacy with no one being able to look in or walk by. Quiet and away from the bustle of the tourist district. (except for one noisy Coqui frog in the bushes nearby). I chased it away enough to get it to stop for the evenings. A nearby market and Ali'i Gardens Marketplace with cool friendly people (plus great fish tacos!) is just a short walk away. Amy was attentive and provided good tips for our visit which was a great help. Will definitely visit again!

Condo is conveniently located - a walk to the beach. The kitchen has what you need to make meals. The host has provided beach towels and snorkel gear for guests to use. There is no air conditioner in the bedroom, but the fans were sufficient for our stay. Be sure that you don't lock yourself in on the balcony if you close the door. The screen on the balcony needs to be repaired to prevent the geckos from coming in. Despite these small inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to the main tourist area.

This place felt like home, for my husband and I was ideal ,it felt peaceful and in a perfect area where we can walk to any near stores or restaurants. People that live in that facilities around were very pleasant .Overall a great place to a vacation home.

The place was awesome, and Parnaz was super easy to work with and super responsive. She made us feel special. I'd definitely stay there again.
