Beachfront holiday rental in Kona

Stuart's place is truly home away from home. Every little detail so well thought out, you won't find yourself stepping out to stock up on essentials, be it in the kitchen or bathroom. Be it towels, beach chairs/mats or toys, everything is sanitized and available to borrow. Stuart was very accommodating of my request for early check in, which is a blessing when traveling with a toddler. He even had a high chair ready for us. We enjoyed our evenings in the lanai, and I can't wait to be back soon. Thank you, Stuart.

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything I needed for a long term stay: an equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, WiFi, cable/Roku TV, comfortable furnishings, a lanai with a view, and designated parking. The pool at the complex was excellent for daily swims. The ocean-front location of the complex provided beautiful sunset views.

Was better than booking with the hotel directly. You can see manta rays feeding at night right from the hotel. Waking distance to manta ray dive operators.

The unit was just as pictured. Nice view from the balcony and good location. Fruit stand right across the street. Magic sands beach down the street is nice spot to hangout. Fully equipped kitchen. Friendly neighborhood. Close to the airport. We loved our stay 🙂

This was a great place to stay, lots of activities, room was clean and easily accessible. Definitely recommend anyone who is on vacation or staycation to enjoy this place.

Jason’s condo is one of the nicest, most comfortable/convenient places that we’ve ever stayed. Centrally located with all of the amenities of home. We’re already talking about returning there sometime in the future. Jason is a 10+ communicator and just an all around great person. The condo was worth every penny that we paid for it!

Absolutely stunning accommodations! The unit is impeccably clean (and I have exceptionally high standards of what "clean" actually means!), perfectly situated, has amazing views, and the hosts were extremely responsive. If one is sensitive to heat/warm weather and uncomfortable without AC, be prepared, as there is no AC and it did get very hot (there are plenty of fans throughout the unit for those who can manage with just fans and a breeze from the ocean). I would highly recommend this unit to others; it was a fantastic stay...the only problem was we couldn't stay longer. Mahalo Ron & Chris 🌺

Beth was a terrific hostess! She always responded warmly to us. Her home and lanai are amazing! And the EASY walk to Manini Beach was the huge cherry on top. Thank you Beth for the use of all the beach toys and snorkel gear!!

We had our dream vacation and can only recommend renting this particular condo. It felt like a home away from home the minute we stepped inside, and we'll remember those quiet morning coffees on the lanai, listening to the ocean, forever. Christine's condo is exactly as promised in the photos - what you can't sense from the photos, but should definitely treat yourself to, is the warm atmosphere of the condo. Here you borrow someone's home, and not just a random condo. Enjoy the perfect sunsets from the lanai, the fragrances from the garden, and enjoy the cool breeze through the condo, if you let the windows stay open. It is pure magic to sit at Queen's Bath, both in the morning and at night, and listen to the waves break. We only met incredibly friendly neighbors - and the friendliest staff at the nearby Ali'i Gardens Market. We wish, we could have stayed much longer and dream of coming back someday to sit on that lanai and watch the waves and drink Kona coffee

We only stayed for a couple nights but wish it could have been longer! Perfect location, clean cozy place, and every detail was thought of. Would definitely come back!

Great location with beautiful sunset view from the pool area. Kathie had a ton of recommendations for dining and activities and was very friendly.

Jan and Cami were very nice to deal with. Their condo is in an amazing location. They thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. Very well organized space. It was clean and inviting.

Chad’s home was a wonderful. First of all he was great with communication. We were desperate because our original Airbnb reservation, the host never gave us the code to enter the home and never responded until a half hour before the original check in. Luckily with the Airbnb customer service help, we found Chad’s home. It was so relaxing waking up every morning to the water watching the surfers as we had our coffee. In the afternoon we took the best naps listening to the waves crash. The bed was so comfy, well stocked kitchen and lots of beach things like chairs, towels and coolers. We can’t thank Chad enough for the perfect Hawaiian stay!

Very responsive, and kind! Loved my stay at this Airbnb, the weather wasn’t that great for my visit but the Airbnb made it better! View was great, looked just like the pictures!

A great place to stay!! Beautiful location, and quiet. the only downside was there was very little space to set toiletries, suitcases, etc. It was still very well worth the stay, though, and we really enjoyed it!

Andreas place was awesome. We loved the layout and how well she used the space. It felt like home. I loved that we had kitchen cabinets with a full kitchen sink. The bathroom also had its own separate sink and was so clean. The bed was also extremely comfortable. Andrea also accommodated our early check in and late check out. It was a great weekend. This was my second stay here. Condo has been updated beautifully since my last stay in 2022. Stephen and Amber go above and beyond with extra touches. Felt very at home!

The apartment was beautiful! The view was exactly as the photo depicted. The place was organized, clean, and was supplied with almost everything and anything we needed. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

We had an amazing time in Hawaii staying at Mel’s place. The space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The bed was super comfy, and we slept great throughout our entire stay. Mel was very responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience, from check-in to check-out smooth and stress free. If you're planning a trip to the Big Island, I highly recommend staying at his place. It’s absolutely worth it!

Jeremy’s condo was great! Clean and just as advertised. The condo came equipped with all the essentials for a beach vacation. We appreciated the beach chairs and tent and boogie board! Unfortunately, my wife and I had to leave early unexpectedly, and Jeremy handled it very professionally. Great host!

We enjoyed our stay at Kal's. Great ocean and sunset views from the balcony. Easy to find, great location and lots of free parking. Within 5-10 min walk to downtown Kona where there are lots of eateries. Also within walking distance to a nearby beach. There is also a washer and dryer with the unit. It's awesome having clean clothes for our trip home.

Kerry and Justin were great at communicating any details prior to the stay. Property was stocked with plenty of supplies for a day at the beach or to prep and cook your own meals. Great location right by the shore with convenient nearby parking. Made it easy to catch the sunset in the evening or visit any of the nearby shops/restaurants/experiences.

Marie was a wonderful host! Her place was clean, comfy and had everything we needed for a week stay. The location is perfect - close to shops and restaurants! 10/10 would stay here again if we ever find ourselves making a trip to the Big Island again!!

Great location, just a short walk to the beach and downtown Kona, making it easy to explore local shops, restaurants, and cafes on foot. We loved being so close to the ocean, perfect for morning walks, sunset views, and quick beach access. The area felt safe and welcoming, with numerous nearby attractions, including farmers' markets, snorkeling spots, and historical sites. The condo itself was peaceful, with a beautiful lanai that was perfect for relaxing. Everything matched the listing exactly, both in description and photos. It was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay! Claire was incredibly responsive when a parking issue arose due to maintenance staff, and she resolved it promptly. Thank you, Claire!
