We had a great stay at Ege’s place. Walkable to lots of food and activities plus the Izban and tram. There is some street noise at night as the place is on a busy pedestrian street with lots of bars and restaurants.

I have stayed several times in Zeki's accommodation and I have always felt good. Any small problem that occurred was easily solved thanks to the kindness and prompt response of this host. The only downside, let's say, is the considerable slope of the road to reach the house, if you don't want to take a taxi, with luggage it can be very tiring. You must therefore balance, according to the available budget, whether to use a taxi or not. Otherwise, highly recommended

The location of the house is very calm and quiet; it is suitable for those who want to get away from the crowd of the city center and relax. It may be necessary to use public transportation to reach lively places. Its location is close to all kinds of public transportation. You only need to climb the hill to reach the house after getting off the tram (you can avoid the hill by using the famous elevator). She was meticulous about house cleaning, leaving no room for doubt; the tiles were shining, the furniture was tidy. The house was furnished with great taste and we immediately embraced it as if it were ours with its warm atmosphere. In fact, some days we preferred to sit at home in front of the view instead of visiting Izmir. Our stay in Izmir was fantastic. the house was perfect for us and comfortable, easy check in and very central to the city. There is a little bit of traffic and noise in the evenings but you don't notice it once in the room and in the bedroom. Very happy overall.

If you want to stay in the middle of it all, Rooster’s place is a great choice. However, because you are in the middle of it all, a good night’s sleep might be hard to get, but that’s the location, not Rooster’s fault. Ismail, who communicated with and helped us during our stay, was great and responsive. If you want to party, this is the place for you. If you want a quiet and restful night, you may want to look somewhere away from this area. We enjoyed the easy access to the water and the restaurants/bars. The area is very Bohemian. I gave this place 5 overall stars because the place is clean and well equipped, but be aware that the location may not be for every taste due to noise level at night.

It was my 3rd Airbnb experience and I had no problems for the first time. It was clean and peaceful, the house has a unique aura. The elevator is behind 2 streets, on the ground floor in old Izmir, but you can see other houses downhill from the balcony. Ms. Ipeknur has put all the necessary equipment in the house, thank you very much

This place was the perfect romantic hideaway for our trip to Izmir. The earthy tones and creative design made it feel so special and intimate. We especially loved curling up in the mezzanine sleeping nook — yes, the ceiling is low, but it added to the cozy vibe. While the apartment lacks natural light, the lighting design makes up for it completely. Every evening felt calm and warm. Highly recommend this stay for couples who love stylish, unique spaces.

Mehmet is an amazing host, very friendly and responsive and made us feel welcome! We loved the apartment - it looked like in photos and had everything you may need for your stay. In the area you have many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and cafes, and the sea is super close. I would recommend Mehmet and his place to everyone, I would definitely return. :)

Boris' apartment was absolutely great! Very clean, generously cut and equipped with everything you need. The view was really beautiful and made the stay even more special. Boris was a great host – very friendly, attentive and always helpful. He regularly inquired whether we needed anything, and if we needed a small thing, we received it immediately. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Great host, great apartment, great service – absolutely recommended!
