An oasis of peace in Naivasha. Waking up to stunning views of the lake and hills. This is such a gem. I loved it so much that i came back the next week for a week’s stay. Possibly one of the best showers,in terms of water pressure and temperature,that i have experienced in a hotel/airbnb. A huge thank you to Michael, Edwin and David who made my stay so comfortable.

The place is a peaceful, warm and a beautiful haven. My family had a really good time. There were lots of activities for the kids, from the playground area, a little picnic overlooking the lake and the swimming pool was wonderful. We also enjoyed an evening game drive at the conservancy. We had a bonfire and story telling at night. The giraffes and animals next to the lake was quite an amazing view. The workers at the house are quite helpful. The house is well equipped. The upstairs bedrooms have great views with the sound of the hippos relaxing you at night. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, look no farther.

I spent 2 very restful and serene days at Wild Wood Cottages and it was just what I needed to get some quiet time away from Nairobi. The cabin is lovely with everything you need … as a reader, i’d appreciate a bedside lamp. Otherwise everything was clean and perfect. The hosts were very helpful with directions on how to get to Wild Wood, reccomendations of things to do in Naivasha and generally really friendly. Definitely visit Naivasha and stay at this cute cabin! Thank you Mary, Njoki and Alex.

An absolute dream spot on 200 acres of exclusive parkland next to the lake with giraffe and zebra’s walking through your garden. The cottage is utterly charming. Old school rustic but made beautifully comfortable by a doting team. The home made food delivered to the cottage was some of the best we have eaten in Kenya. A truly hidden gem. Can’t rate this place highly enough.
