The cozy cottage from 1923 is located in the first row overlooking Kalundborg Fjord. On the ground floor there is a lovely living room and kitchen with direct access to a large wooden terrace with sea views. There is a private staircase down to the beach with a jetty. There are several beautiful view terraces. There is a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a heat pump. There is a bathroom with underfloor heating. On the first floor there are bedrooms with stunning views. In the garden there is an annex with 2 beds. In the garden are the most beautiful trees.

Stay in a fantastic scenic area a few minutes' walk from the beach and right next to the beautiful golf course. Røsnæs is something very special, and besides a sea view, you can hear the sound of the sea. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach, where there is a private bathing jetty. The kitchen has all the facilities, with a barbecue outdoors, and in the summer there are plenty of berries in the garden as well as horseradish, which you can eat. At the end of the road (the dam) you come to the nature area, where you can walk the Røsnæs round route.

First row to Kattegat

Directly to Kattegat and with a large natural plot, you will find this year-round usable and insulated log house. Filled with all modern comforts and furnished with 3 rooms in the main house as well as a new (2023) annex. There are also 2 toilets. The house oozes cottage atmosphere and invites you to many hours with a fire in the wood stove, pancakes in the belly and many scenic kilometers on your feet. For example, follow the path along the property, all the way to the farthest point of northwest Zealand. Or how about a quick dip in the sea?

126 m2 stylish holiday home. Here you get an exclusive holiday by the sea with views of the water from both the terrace and the living room. Just 100 meters from the property, you are by the water. The area invites you to enjoy beautiful walks in the forest or along the beach to Lynæs or Hundested, where you will find good restaurants and cultural life. Spacious with plenty of space in both the living room and kitchen. On the large terrace, you can enjoy a barbecue and outdoor fireplace with a view. Canoe (2.5 people can be rented)

Annex on the sunny lake Samsø

Our annex consists of a bedroom with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. There is a double bed, dining area and kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, toaster and combination oven. (No hot plate) There is free coffee/tea. There is a patio door out to private tile terrace with garden furniture and gas grill. It is possible to have a car/bicycles parked in the parking lot. SuperBrugsen is 100m and net 400m. There is a cinema about 50m from here and several different eateries nearby. The annex is located up to a green space.

Modern beach house built in 2021 only 25 meters from the waterfront with wonderful panoramic views of Kattegat. Complete kitchen and modern furnishings. Free parking in front of the house. Hasmark has a child-friendly beach and is 10 minutes from the scenic Enebærodde. Nearby there are many activities: playground, water park, mini golf. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Outdoors, the house offers a large terrace with a private wilderness bath, sauna and outdoor shower. Indoors there is a cinema, billiards, table tennis and table football - perfect for both relaxation and fun. In addition, 5 spacious bedrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Top-class nature experiences with 300m to the forest and 2 km to Denmark's best beach. We can't wait to welcome you in.

Summer house on Sejerø in the 1st row to the beach and nature

Here you can wake up to the sound of the sea and see stars at night. The cottage is located in the 1st row to the water and the nature area on southern Sejerø. Peaceful with good fishing opportunities, beach and rich wildlife right outside. The cottage is 85 m² and has 2 terraces. It is smoke-free, pet-free and cleaned with allergy- and environmentally friendly, fragrance-free products. Final cleaning as well as electricity and water are included in the price (see specifications below).

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Sea view / Sauna w. view / First line to the beach

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

This guest house is for those who want to relax, take long walks in a forest or walk all the way to the beach nearby. The guest house is part of the main hosts' home area, and it is a remote place, yet easy to reach from cities like Copenhagen (just over 1 hour's drive).

På det skønne Halsnæs tæt ved Lynæs , udlejes denne unikke bolig der ligger midt i en blomsterhave. Det er nyistandsat med respekt for huset 170 års historie med køkken og bad. Huset har egen indgang, terrasse, parkeringsplads og er ugenert fra resten af ejendommen. Der er 2 cykler til rådighed. Huset egner sig ikke til børn under 12 år. Der er en trappe midt i boligen hvor børn kan komme alvorligt til skade hvis de falder ned.
