Cabin holiday rentals in Kongsvinger Municipality

The cabin was clean, well maintained and had comfortable beds. The location was ideal for trips in the area and fun in the terrain park. A big plus was the proximity to the spa hotel, where we rented a sauna located by the water. Communication with the host was also very good, always quick and helpful. Recommended for an active and relaxing getaway!

The accommodation was simply great – stylishly furnished, with great attention to detail, and everything you could wish for was available. The place itself is a dream for nature lovers: absolute peace, beautiful landscapes and great hiking trails right nearby. Whether in pouring rain or sunshine – with the right clothing, you can enjoy nature to the fullest. Afterwards, you can warm up wonderfully by the crackling fire. A special highlight for us was the hot pod - a cozy, heated bathtub with a fantastic view of nature. Pure relaxation! Especially in the evening under the open sky, this is an unforgettable experience. Oslo is also easily accessible by car, and the drive there is a real highlight in terms of scenery. Ole was an excellent host – uncomplicated, very helpful and responds quickly. We even had the opportunity to meet him spontaneously. He then gave us some great tips. Thank you Ole!

We had a fantastic weekend! It’s one of those places you really feel like home. We travel a lot round Norway and really this is a place other owners should take example from. From the start ,even before booking, you receive very clear information on what to expect. Later you get a few pages document with all instructions, with photos, about check in, water, hot tub, toilets, area etc. This is extremely helpful and there is need to contact owners about those things during your stay. So the communication is fantastic. The house is small but very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped so no need to worry about salt, coffee or plates! There are board games, cards etc. The outside is the absolute pearl of this place. Stunning views, nice porch and terrace to chill on and of course the hut tub just by the lake! I recommend this place to all that want hassle free and relax weekend away. We definitely coming back in the summer!! Thank you Silje and Jonas!

Great place to stay immersed in nature and super attentive host! But good to know is that the hot tub costs extra. All in all but a great AirBnB

A very cute cabin just outside of Oslo, and also close to airport. Easy to operate everything in the house. Very peaceful and quiet and a perfect getaway. David is very helpful and it's very much appreciated.

Absolutely perfect and beautiful. Fabulous location near a small lake. Lovely and quiet with stunning views. So easy to get too from Oslo airport even in the snow! Warm, cosy and had everything we needed. Such stunning. I can’t recommend this place enough Host was always responsive and even got shopping in for as arriving over new year. A wonderful family holiday we look forward to coming back

Very pleased with the stay at Bv. I gave 5 stars, but a couple of things that can be mentioned, but that do not deserve a deduction in stars in relation to price. 1. There was poor/varying pressure in the shower and it could have been washed a little better. 2. I would have liked a little bigger / better bed / pillows, but it may be a matter of taste. Positive things: - Electricity, water, fiber, TV with different streaming services, refrigerator with freezer - Bed linen and towels, etc. are included. - nice to go for a walk in the woods. - a lot for the money

We had a wonderful weekend! It was a great accommodation right on the lake. We felt very comfortable. The accommodation was even more beautiful than shown in the pictures! We would recommend it to anyone!

This was the second time we stayed at Lars place. We had a fantastic experience with the children: canoeing, fishing, hiking and cooking on a wood stove. Highly recommended if you like the outdoors!

We are 3 brothers gathering once a year and this time we were here. We wanted an undisturbed and quiet place. Here, Øystein and his wife Rachel had made everything possible for us to have a nice stay. It was clean and tidy and linen/towels had been put on. We were above average lucky with the weather and could sit outside in the outdoor area where we grilled and sat comfortably in good outdoor furniture. We had a nice stay and fine for us brothers to disconnect from a hectic everyday life. Great experience and nice host w/wife who contributed to a good experience. A very nice house in a vacation complex. We had a great time as a family with three children. Everyone had their own bed. The house was fully equipped and nothing was missing. Highly recommended. Clean and tidy.

What a spot... amazing cabin right in nature... nice swimming (but chilly of course) right in the lake, amazing view from the bedroom, great spot for a campfire and bbq or for a morning coffee with a view!

Very happy with your stay. There were little things that made up the little extra with guest towels, decorations and lit candles on the table when we arrived. Beautiful cabin and cozy place. Would love to come back! 🙂
