Beachfront holiday rental in Kontogialos

Logement très propre et AU CALME ! Il est bien situé par rapport à l'ile et les coins à visiter aux alentours ; mais véhicule indispensable. Richard est un Hôte courtois et à dispo si besoin. Petit bémol la piscine n'était pas assez chaude à notre goût...heureusement que la mer était plus chaude... Pas de clim dans la chambre, dommage.... Nous recommandons ce logement pour adultes mais pas trop pour ados car ils vont s'ennuyer et pour les plus jeunes : pas de sécurité piscine et terrain vaste et non clôturé.

Une semaine parfaite en famille. Visites, randonnées, plage (même si l'eau est un peu fraiche début mai), restaurants et gastronomie locale (avons loué une voiture pour parcourir l'île). Nous avons profité au maximum. Georgia a été très bien, tant au niveau de la communication, l'accueil, ses recommandations et sa disponibilité. Séjour au calme à 50 m de la mer, la maison est charmante avec son grand jardin et ses équipements extérieurs. Intérieur confortable, literie parfaite, salle de bains idem. A part les petits déjeuners nous avons mangé un soir en terrasse sinon tout le temps en extérieur. Nous avons adoré !

Die Gastgeber sind einfach super freundlich, immer erreichbar und vor allen Dingen hilfsbereiten allen Angelegenheiten. Die zentrale Lage und die Nähe zur Hauptstadt machen die Wohnung zu einer top Lage. Man ist eben so schnell im Süden wie auch im Norden. Die schönsten Strände an der Ost und Westküste sind jederzeit mit ein paar Kilometer zu erreichen. Ich danke allen Familienmitglieder der Gastgeber für ihre wunderbare Unterstützung. Accommodation very well located in Saranda with a lovely balcony and view of the sea. Flat was clean and was perfect for a few days.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Sarandë! The location is perfect, the view is beautiful, and the space was clean and comfortable for our group. One great bonus is that the apartment has a very good parking space for visitors, which made things even more convenient. Marjust is a fantastic host — extremely responsive and very, very attentive. He was always available when we had questions, and made sure everything went smoothly for us. Highly recommended!

We spent 3 nights at the cottage and absolutely loved it. The garden and the views are amazing. We didn't see any people on the beach apart from a local fisherman so it did feel like having a private beach. The sea is shallow, warm and safe to swim. The garden is beautifully maintained with sun loungers, tables and chairs, a hammock and a BBQ. The cottage is comfortable, well equipped and nicely decorated. The nereast town, Lefkimmi, is a 10 min drive away and has 2 supermarkets. The town is small, with not many tourists and not much to do. We didn't mind for 3 days as we wanted a quiet place to catch up but bear in mind that you will need a car to drive to more lively places and some people might find the location too quiet. There is a nice day trip from Lefkimmi port to Paxos and Antipaxos. Konstantinos was a very responsive host.

Wir hatten wunderbare zwei Wochen als Gast von Spyros in der schönen Villa Kommeno, mit eigenem Garten, Zugang zum Meer und herrlichem Blick über die Bucht von Gouvia. Wir können uns den vielen anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Haus, Lage, Ausstattung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants - einfach perfekt! Die Liste der Nachteile ist kurz; sollte man aber wissen, bevor man bucht. Die laute Straße hinter dem Haus, aber selbst wir, die in einem ruhigen Dorf wohnen, haben uns schnell dran gewöhnt. Nachts ist Ruhe. Der Zugang zu Meer ist kein Strand, sondern eine Mauer, von der man mit einem Schritt ins knietiefe Wasser steigen kann. Nach ein paar Schritten ist das Wasser tief genug zum Schwimmen in der Bucht. Badeschuhe sind zu empfehlen. Das Wasser ist nicht so klar wie am offenen Meer, aber dafür hat man eine exklusive , perfekt ausgestattete Liegewiese, ohne ölige Handtuch-Nachbarn mit Ghetto-Blaster auf Tuchfühlung. Wir haben dieses Privileg sehr genossen.

The villa was amazing with incredible views. Local taverna is a 2 min walk along the beach. The town is a 15 min walk with some great restaurants and marina. Property felt peaceful, private and comfortable. Katerina was very helpful and friendly. Wifi could be significantly better as was extremely slow and regularly dropped out, but that may just be the area. We will certainly return for another holiday here - we loved it!!

We loved staying at Mia. The apartment was comfortable, relaxing and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to places to eat and small supermarkets. Nahla was a fantastic host and when I became ill, very quickly came to my assistance and helped me get medical attention. She went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. We were very appreciative of this. We recommend staying at Mia. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing time.

This is a truly beautiful place that exceeded expectations. The apartment is spacious, well-furnished, and offers a fantastic sea view right from the balcony—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a sunset drink. The building also features a lovely, well-maintained pool that was clean and never too crowded during our stay. One of the highlights was the mini beach located just in front of the building, which made it incredibly convenient to take a quick swim or relax by the water without having to go far. Overall, a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, views, and direct access to the sea.

Ein kleines Paradies für Familien Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem liebevoll gepflegten Ferienhaus. Es war blitzsauber und sehr gemütlich, man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Bei unserer Ankunft standen frisches Obst, Kaffee und ein paar Basics bereit – aufmerksam und einfach angenehm. Für unsere Kinder war der Spielplatz im Garten ein echtes Highlight, während wir die Ruhe und den Ausblick genießen konnten. Das Meer liegt wirklich direkt vor der Tür – morgens schnell reinspringen, abends den Sonnenuntergang bewundern – einfach traumhaft. Besonders geschätzt haben wir auch den Zugang zum Pool und Restaurant im Hotel nebenan – die perfekte Mischung aus Ferienhaus-Privatsphäre und Hotelkomfort. Acharavi selbst bietet viele nette Restaurants, kleine Läden sowie eine gute medizinische Versorgung, sogar mit Kinderärzten. Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön auch für das köstliche hausgemachte Moussaka und den wunderbaren Weißwein – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Das Appartement ist wunderschön gelegen mit direktem Zugang zum Meer und eigenem Pool .Iveta war sehr freundlich und hat alles perfekt erklärt .Ein guter Ort um den Südosten der Insel zu erkunden wenn man Wert auf Ruhe und Privatsphäre legt.

Logement fidèle aux photos, heure d’arrivée et de départ flexible, parfait pour des journées off, logement excentré donc super pour avoir le calme mais nécessite de prendre la voiture pour aller chercher de quoi manger, merci petter !

Anxhela was a great host and her place was amazing for a stay. The pictures reflect the villa very well, which was clean and tidy on arrival. Check in was easy, with Anxhela keeping in contact throughout the stay. The access to the sea is a highlight of this property, also the garden area outside was great. The pool was clean and we used it a lot. Location was brilliant, maybe a 10 minute walk away from the main street in Sarande. Would definitely recommend this villa and the host. A great stay.

Nous avons été reçu par George dont le professionnalisme, pro activité et amabilité sont exemplaires. La location est dans un parfait état et les prestations à la hauteur de ce dont on peut rêver pour passer une agréable semaine de vacances les pieds pratiquement dans l’eau, proche d’un village ou l’on peut réserver des bateaux de différentes tailles sans permis et ainsi se balader de crique en crique plus belles les unes que les autres, avec des promenades de part et d’autres de la location le long de la mer

This is a fantastic apartment situated above a busy pedestrian only area with restaurants and shops. It is quiet despite the area. The appointments are excellent and clean. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

For anyone who really wants to enjoy their summer holidays, we recommend booking as soon as possible. Before we were even in Greece, Marcos contacted us to see if we needed any help. We really appreciated this courteous service. When we landed in Greece, the taxi organised by Marcos was already waiting for us. After about an hour we were at the Blue Waters Retreat, where Marcos was waiting for us. He showed us to our apartment and we felt at home right from the start. Everything was just like in the pictures. Less than a minute's walk away was the beautiful sandy beach and the sea behind it, just like in the pictures. Many restaurants and supermarkets can be reached on foot within a few minutes. We really enjoyed our week with Marcos and will be back. Thank you Marcos :)

We were so lucky to find this special place to stay in Corfu. It was absolutely perfect for our holiday - in a stunning location with views of the sea, a lovely garden, and a short walk to a beautiful, pebble beach. The accommodation was simple but had everything we needed and was very clean. Dinos and Connie were wonderful hosts - friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the company of their friendly dogs and cats! We hired a car to explore the island but there were plenty of good tavernas within a short walk of the accommodation, and also a bus service within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again if we decided to return to Corfu for a holiday. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Dinos and Connie!

Elena was a wonderful host who went out of her way to personally welcome us during check-in. She shared many great tips for things to do in the area and was always available, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. She was very accommodating with our check-out and made sure we felt completely comfortable and at home. Everything was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended!

We spent a few days in Mesongi as a family of four while exploring Corfu, and our stay at George’s place was a memorable highlight. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. What truly set it apart was the warmth and hospitality George provided—it felt more personal and inviting than our subsequent stay at the larger Apollo Resort. That said, it’s important to know that the apartment sits above a vibrant and excellent traditional restaurant (which we highly recommend). With that comes some evening noise—clattering plates, conversation, and the energy of a Greek taverna in full swing. If you’re a light sleeper or turn in early, it may take some adjusting. Overall, if you value local flavor, authentic hospitality, and a central location in a lively village, this is a fantastic choice.
