Villa holiday rentals in Konyaaltı

Eigentlich wurde in den vielen positiven Bewertungen bereits alles gesagt. Dennoch wird man positiv überrascht, wenn man erst mal hier ist. Das Haus bietet unglaublich viel Platz und der von Ibrahim perfekt gepflegte Garten mit seinen Obstbäumen ist einfach überwältigend. Es ist nicht das neueste Haus, aber es ist sehr sauber, alles funktioniert und ist in perfektem Zustand (haben wir schon ganz anders erlebt in neueren Unterkünften). Es sind sehr hochwertige und neuwertige Elektrogeräte (Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Geschirrspülmaschine) vorhanden. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet - es fehlt an nichts. Das gleiche gilt für den Grillplatz mit großem Esstisch im Garten. Die Lage ist perfekt (wenn man ein Auto hat), innerhalb von 15 Minuten ist man am Strand oder in den Bergen. Es gibt viele Supermärkte und einheimisches Essen in der Nähe. Alles in allem die beste Airbnb-Erfahrung, die wir je gemacht haben. Besser geht es nicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Serap was very kind and checked in to make sure we had everything that we needed for our stay. The house and surroundings were beautiful in a very serene location. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to make a return visit

Chers Akin et Ahmet, merci encore pour votre accueil chaleureux de ma part et de celle de ma famille ! Dès le premier jour, je me suis immédiatement senti chez moi et à l'aise. Par exemple, l'effort que vous avez fait pour aller au restaurant et faire les courses avec nous. Organiser une voiture de location, organiser la promenade en bateau et le barbecue avec musique et danseuse. Ahmet le concierge nous a également bien guidé avec tout et je lui en suis très reconnaissant ! C'était de super vacances et le séjour dans la villa était super détendu et confortable. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain et tout était très propre et hygiénique Je vous recommanderai sans hésiter !

Furkan Bey çok nazikti ve çok yardımcı oldu. Tüm sorularımıza çok hızlı dönüş sağladı. Evde her şey güzel düşünülmüştü. Tüm pencerelerde sineklik vardı ve neredeyse tüm odalarda klima vardı. Biz haziran ayının başında gittiğimiz için klimaya ihtiyaç duymadık. Tabiki gittiğimiz tarihten dolayı havuz biraz soğuktu ama eminim Temmuz Ağustos aylarında öyle olmayacaktır. Mis gibi dağ havası alabileceğiniz sessiz sakin bir lokasyondaydı. En yakın markete 20 dakika uzaklıkta bu uzaklık bizim için hiç sorun olmadı. Biz 4 günlük ihtiyacımızı buzdolabına koyabildik. Evin bizim için en önemli özelliği evcil hayvan dostu olmasıydı. Büyük ırk köpeğimize karşı ev sahibimiz çok olumlu yaklaştı. Evin her yeri çevrili olduğu için köpeğimizi çok rahat tasmasız bırakabildik. Boğucu bir sıcak yoktu şehir merkezine yakın olmasına rağmen yaylada gibi hissettik. Kesinlikle kalabalık aileler için çok uygun bir ev. Sadece havuz başına birkaç şezlong daha eklenirse müthiş olur. Furkan Beye tekrar teşekkürler.

Was een fijn verblijf. Contact was goed. Handdoeken aanwezig wat erg fijn was. 1 min punt zijn de kippen die er lopen. S’morgens poep voor de deur als je naar het zwembad wilt. Dus eerst schoonmaken dan genieten.

I really enjoyed staying at Koray's Villa, it was a very luxurious Villa, and Koray was very helpful and respond immediately even if it's late at night! To sum it up, with all the facilities available in the Villa I highly recommend it.

The villa was clean, spacious, and well stocked with supplies needed for a week-long stay. The pool was clean and the property well maintained. The location was phenomenol - situated in the old town with shopping, restaurants, and all amenities just minutes away. We knew from previous reviews to expect music thumping from a nearby night club, so we were prepared for it. The bathtub on the top floor had very low water pressure, so it was tricky to use the shower head, but there are 2 other showers in the villa for use. The host was prompt to respond to any communication, and accessible within minutes, if needed. A perfect stay for our group of 8 (4 couples).

We had a great time at this villa, felt like own home. Emir arranged free airport transportation for us which was very helpful. The villa is spacious, clean and secure. the caretaker is also very nice behaviour. Though he has difficulties in communicating in English, he could manage well and always available. The pool is very nice and clean. The treadmill was not operational so we didn't use. The TT , basketball and other facilities are nice . Lots of plants around the villa which makes the house more beautiful. All kitchen appliances and cookware available. We are satisfied and will recommend this property to others as well

Umit is a great host, the location is fantastic and the villa itself is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Very clean, spacious and lots of character. I saw some reviews say it can get loud at night - but the whole city is loud and the same is true in any hotel! Awesome place, glad we found it.

Арендовали виллу для проведения бизнес-совещания на 9 человек. Понравилось что это тихое место и никто не мешал. Был хороший вид из окон на улицу, много зелени. В целом уютно, чисто, хороший дизайн. Вилла оказалась лучше, чем на фотографиях.

Отличный вариант для компании. Дом большой и в нем комфортно. Хозяева отзывчивые и готовы во всем помочь! Отдыхал с друзьями, нам все понравилось!

Great location, on a quiet street just a short walk to the sea, restaurants and stores. Perfect for a group/family vacation.

We stayed in this hiuse for 5 days. We loved this place! It's like a piece if private paradise - super nice, stylish, well maintained garden and pool area. We were having meals outside. Children enjoyed the pool. The house itself is very nice, spacious, nicely decorated and suuuuuper clean. AC in all the rooms was really great. Well equipped kitchen. Berrin and Adil were amazing hosts, were very responsive and helpful, provided a lot of local tipps. All in all we really enjoyed the stay at this house and recommend it to everyone.

Busra was an exceptional host—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The home was absolutely amazing, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The self-catering kitchen was a fantastic bonus, making our stay feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing.
