Holiday rentals with breakfast in Kooragang

Amazing! Ainslie and Dan were fantastic hosts & the property just delightful, well and truly exceeding our expectations. The property is well furnished, beautifully styled, immaculate and well equipped with everything you could possible need for a relaxing stay. The additional fridge and pantry items were a lovely surprise and meant we could settle in without the need to feel rushed to get the shops. The location was perfect being so close to essential amenities with the views of Lake Macquarie just superb. We particularly enjoyed having our morning coffee out on the balcony watching the sunrise. Our family of eight adults enjoyed our weekend in Pokolbin. We enjoyed the view to the mountains from the balcony and the large yard with three rustic chipping greens to practice our golf. The house was spacious and the ducted air-conditioning provided warmth during some cold winter weather. The BBQ are was also excellent. The property is walking distance to a few cellar doors and a nearby restaurant provided a free shuttle service for convenience. Melissa was a wonderful host and made every effort to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

The house was absolutely spotless, very clean and comfortable- a home away from home. Loved the extra touches of bacon/eggs in fridge for breakfast, and washing liquid etc. Also plentiful kitchen utensils/ cooking equipment. The owner also turned heating on for us so house was toasty on arrival. Multiple TVs so family could spread out which was great! Found the house to have the extra touches that many air bnbs don’t provide- we were there for State Rugby, so at the end of a long day was lovely to have such a comfortable house to relax in. Would highly recommend this property.

Brian was an excellent host. The house was perfect for our group stay. So many extras included. Just a short walk to restaurants, shops, pubs and clubs. Thanks Brian we loved our stay and definitely would come back

This house was perfect while working locally and thank you for accommodating me. Had everything I needed and more. Is a great space and I enjoyed being able to work on my computer with that view of the water.

Judy and Murray were impeccable hosts. They accommodated our booking at nearly the last minute for a week and communicated immediately. They asked about our preferences for breakfast and were kind enough to pick up a couple items for us ahead of time. Their home was easy to find and we had no problems parking, getting in, or using the space. The cabin has won awards for its design and is extremely cozy. The air/heating worked well, which was great for warm days and cold nights. We did have a small hitch with the WiFi while we were there, but our hosts did everything they could to rectify this issue; most of the problem was due to network upgrades being done in the area. Judy and Murray were amazing hosts, very gracious, incredibly responsive, and had lots of great suggestions for places to go and things to do. I recommend the walk to Crackneck lookout, which was a relatively easy walk (lots of uphill at the end) and a breathtaking view of the ocean!

My family totally enjoyed the place. It was spacious and had all the necessary items needed for us to prepare meals. The property was also near amenities like Coles and Target. It was a very enjoyable stay for our family of 7 - 4 adults and 3 children. Will definitely return!

It was great to stay here. The view was incredible and it was so easy to travel around the area for this place. Allan was really helpful and made sure our stay was really comfortable.

We've stayed in Jean's apartment a number of times and have always found it warm and comfortable, with lots of light in the rooms and a very well stocked kitchen including supplied food items (bread, variety of cereals, fruit, eggs, yogurt, milk, teas, etc.). Also, comfortable beds with electric blankets, central heating and book, magazines, TV (with Netflix) and board games. We would highly recommed Jean's place!

I treated my son and his girlfriend to a weekend getaway, and since it was their first trip to the area, Sue was incredibly helpful with recommendations that made their stay both smooth and enjoyable. The kids had a great time, and the place was exactly as described. If I ever make it to the area myself, I’ll definitely be staying here.

We love the place. Great sunset from the balcony, well-stocked pantry with condiments, etc. Place was clean, well-appointed size. Modern. Tip: the beds are really nice but has different firmness - check before choosing your room! This is the downstairs apartment. Choose upstairs for better view. Direct access with private driveway, too!

We had a great time at Kate's place. Place is very clean and the ammenties were great. The location was prefect, very short walk from shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Located right next to the Newcastle Interchange, so even had the option to catch the lightrail for easy access to the beach or to restaurants and bars.

Park Haven flat was lovely for our overnight stay. Darius and Edyta were friendly and helpful and the flat was clean and comfortable. I would recommend Park Haven if staying in the Morrisset area.

Absolutely loved our stay in this cosy, clean, and super quiet home in Greta. Perfectly located just 15 minutes from the wineries, it was the ideal base for a busy wedding weekend. The property is peaceful and beautifully maintained – we only wish we had more time to enjoy it! There were horses and a little sausage dog named Wonka who definitely deserve a shoutout. We’ll be back

Had a great stay at Willa @ Mangrove mountain . Location was perfect, the place was just perfect for two of us. Most of all the surroundings, and all our furry and feathery friends were great company.. we had a great time feeding Daisy and all the chooks but most of all lil cheeky PJ … such a cute girl and loved her company. Darren and Kim were great hosts , very responsive and the place is just great to unwind, relax and get away from the city and relax around nature.

Highly recommend if you need some time to yourself, the room is stunning, private and has everything you need to relax. All the goodies offered are delicious. Beverly is such a beautiful lady who makes the stay extremely comfortable with her friendly nature.

Beautiful place with so many details to make you feel right at home. Great local breakkie including farm eggs, local bacon, organic granola, biscuits, milk, spreads, coffee tea and a bottle of wine with chocolates. I love when hosts go the extra mile to make your stay special. Beds very comfy, each room had its own private ensuite bathroom. Surroundings are very peaceful. Only con is that the place has no internet reception. Host advised this in advance, but is worth noting. Great stay!

Ian and Sandy were very hospitable and lovely people. The Airbnb was even nicer than the photos. Lots of extras included. Many breakfast cereals to choose from. Milk, jam etc. The bed was very comfortable with beautiful linen. Reclining leather chair was a lovely bonus. A really comfortable and spacious space to relax in. Outdoor area was a nice touch, with a well looked after garden to enjoy. The place was nicely furnished. Walking distance to Bar Beach and Newcastle East beach. Darby Street was close by with so many eateries. A perfect spot to enjoy for 5 days.

Anne's place was cosy and comfortable and impeccably clean and organised. Close to beaches and attractions in a gorgeous part of the world. Anne had great communication and the place had everything I needed. Perfect for my one night stay. Highly recommend ✨

Was on top of the places we have stayed ever. Such peace, such privacy, such scenes, such sunset, you will not find anywhere. Availability of paddle boats and kayaks along with fishing rods and baits makes it more worth and fills your gap in the day. The host(Leah) is super responsive and thoughtful. She went above and beyond in every way we could expect. This was the real serenity. Thanks for such a lovely place to be available for couples to enjoy.❤️❤️
