Holiday rentals with breakfast in Australia

Christiane and her husband were very hospitable and friendly. We felt very welcomed and felt blessed to share their beautiful space. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful and peaceful experience.

Dominic had great communication and the check in/out process was smooth and easy. On arrival the fire was lit and the home was warm and welcoming. Beautiful view of the mountain, relaxing in the spa under the stars was a lovely way to end the evenings. Everything we needed was supplied, home was clean, we loved the quirky feel of the house. Just what we needed to recharge and have a peaceful relaxing time away.

The bush setting , the water views, the design and fit out are all top notch . Private and tranquil . We appreciated the expresso coffee machine ( and local beans in generous supply ) and other welcoming touches . Everything has been thought of in this immaculately presented house . Loved watching the light change as the sun went down . Thank you Jennifer and team .

If I go missing, check here first. The winged house is ridiculously good. Right on the water, stocked like a gourmet bunker, and so full of home grown produce in the garden I briefly considered starting a farmers market! The amenities? Let’s just say if you forgot to pack something, this place probably already has three of it! Quentin was also a very responsive host, with easy and clear instructions. Highly recommend, unless you’re trying to book the same weekend as me—then no, it’s terrible, avoid.

Had a comfortable stay. Had everything we needed and was so close to some really great food/wine spots and cafes. Also very easy to get the tram into the city.

Thomas’s place was central to Sydney city, but enough in the suburbs that it was quiet and peaceful outside. The bnb is the back of a Mosman property, small but has everything you need. The family has two small children so can be a little noisy of an evening but it really isn’t anything to be worried about, nights are quiet . The bed and couches were comfy and breakfast was provided for you. No extra sink/ washing up liquid to wash kitchen things, which was a little odd. But the bathroom one would be suffice if you were staying more than one night. The bedroom has a heater/ac and is spacious enough for two adults. Overall, the place is exactly what I was looking for, for one night.

This little peace of heaven was perfect for our family to celebrate my 40th birthday. From the moment we walked in the front gate to see the house amongst the gum trees and then the waterfall from the bedroom. We felt like we stepped into an old fairytale world with our own treehouse. Everywhere we walked felt like little fairy’s were waiting to greet us. The ferns throughout and stepping stones between each area made for the best adventures. The kids loved watching the frogs and tadpoles in the back pool. The natural pool was incredible and soul nourishing. Our first experience with a natural pool and it was breathtaking, especially being able to swim under the waterfalls. Thank you so much Sarah, we hope to return sometime Soon.

Just the most fabulous stay - better than the pictures. We were so comfortable, we couldn't have wanted for anything, Samara had it! Designed like Pinterest pics, so cozy with the fire pits and great communication with hosts. Thanks Samara!!

My partner and I stayed for the weekend and had such a fabulous time. The apartment was spotless and in a perfect location right next to brunswick street. Definitely recommend staying here!

We love the place. Great sunset from the balcony, well-stocked pantry with condiments, etc. Place was clean, well-appointed size. Modern. Tip: the beds are really nice but has different firmness - check before choosing your room! This is the downstairs apartment. Choose upstairs for better view. Direct access with private driveway, too!

Absolutely fantastic stay. The welcome was up there with the best I ever had. Deb’s husband graciously welcomed us and was flexible about our timing. The position is second to none. Although being right in the heart of restaurants , cafes and walking distance to the beach, it was quiet. We were welcomed with champagne, chips and chocolates and plenty to make breakfast the next morning. The kitchen is perfectly appointed for those who like to cook. Also a myky card - which is super helpful (don’t forget not to leave it in the red!) We felt able to contact our hosts at anytime. All round great stay.

Terrific location, very close to the waterfront, walking distance to esplanade, pier, beach, and also restaurants and local markets. Very quiet and peaceful spot. Helen was super helpful and a great communicator, responsive and friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ollie’s place! It’s in a super fun area that has lots to do nearby and is very walkable. Ollie is really easy to communicate with and definitely puts a lot of personal touches in his space that make you feel right at home!

We had a great stay at Tina's cozy home. It was very clean and in a very convenient neighbourhood, very easy to walk to Circular Quay/Opera House. Lots of cute cafes and restaurants in the area. View of the ocean from the room. Lots of thoughtful inclusions, had everything we needed for our stay. More affordable option in Sydney.

Highly recommend this hidden gem. It’s nestled on a quiet street, just a 5-min walk to the Lake & Warilla beach. The place was is so neat & easy to maintain. Anthony was extremely generous & filled the fridge with milk, juice, yogurt, fruit, bread, cheese + a massive tray full of snacks, more bread, ice-cream in the freezer, fancy coffee pods + instant coffee which we prefer, kitchen paper, tissue boxes, ample toilet paper. Lots of cooking dishes, utensils, crockery & cutlery, everything in excellent condition. Beautiful TVs in the living room & bedroom. Excellent aircon in the dining room/kitchen, beautiful ceiling fan in the bedroom + an excellent pedestal sunbeam quiet fan in the living room. So many beach towels & bath towels, massive bottles of body wash, shampoo & conditioner, good cleaning products in the kitchen. Anthony was extremely responsive when my husband sustained some deep skin abrasions & gave us antiseptic solution + application buds. Loved & enjoyed staying here. ❤️

Wonderful stay at Don’s— the neighborhood is beautiful, walkable, with so many restaurants, cafes and things to do. Easy access to transit to go into the city or to get to surrounding neighborhoods. Don was very responsive at all times. Would stay again!

We went to stay for a couple of nights and it was just right for us. Getting in to the restaurants was a nice drive and getting back to the cabin was quiet and calming. Loved the wood fire!

So incredibly lucky to stay at such a stunning escape. Every detail of the place makes it so unique. Had a little welcome basket with local goodies, made me feel very welcomed. Everything was amazing !

A great little spot in a wonderful vineyard, we loved the proximity to the Grampians & many other small towns. Perfect for us as we had friends close by. Katrina was always responsive & helpful. Would stay again, maybe in spring when everything is budding. Would be beautiful.

Rob and Ade are superhosts for excellent reason - They have truly prepared an outstanding accomodation stay for their guests, which is well-catered, warmly welcoming and truly all encompassing, down to the array of breakfasts, snacks and common household goods you forgot you needed! Plus extra! We truly want to thank Robin and Ade for allowing us to experience their welcoming abode. It was such a delight to spend time here with our little girl, who also enjoyed her time and was well catered for, too! We informed Rob that we enjoyed it so much that he needed to expect us to come back for a romantic getaway down the line. SO, experience this wonderful, welcoming and peaceful cottage for yourselves. The accomodation was perfect for what we needed whilst staying at Bruny Island. The bed was super comfy and it had everything we needed. Lyn was incredibly helpful with local suggestions of what to see and do and where we could find food. We would definitely stay here again.

Great accommodation nestled in the heart of the Barossa - a sub-30 minute walk into town, and very accessible to pretty much all parts of the region. The place itself was awesome, thoughtfully styled and great amenities (underfloor heating in winter was fantastic!). We were only here for two nights but would definitely stay here again if we came back for a longer trip.

We enjoyed the tranquillity of your cosy cottage after a busy weekend. The continental breakfast and wine selection was also a treat.
