The small community of Procter offers a General Store (complete with fuel and liquor) as well as the Village Bakery (with their famous cinnamon buns). Hiking and biking the Proctologist trails are just out the front door. Golfing is around the corner. Dining, if not on our amazing deck, is a short drive.

Wetlands, habitat reserve. Very private wilderness experience. Great photography everywhere!
