Monthly Rentals in Koovappady

Stayed here for 3 days and The stay was amazing, can't praise the beautiful riverview enough. It was exactly as shown in the photographs. The host was super helpful, had helped us coordinate with our swiggy/zomato orders even at 12am and helped us with everything we needed. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and we had a great experience staying there. Ammachi's breakfast (Idly, Dosa and Puttu-Kadala curry) was the cherry on top of the cake! Really looking forward to be back there.

We were greeted by host, Manikandan. We have a lot in common with him in regards to nature and life in general. We enjoyed our chats... He has the most beautiful family... so friendly and so welcoming... most humble and treated us with lots of love through food. We can't thank them enough for everything they've done for us... making sure we are comfortable and giving us the insights of the real village life in Kerala. The location is wonderful... peace and quiet yet full of nature sounds... good distance to local attractions, especially to the Elephant Training Centre and Periyar River... also lots of beautiful viewpoints. We rented a bike and the roads were all easily accessible. We would highly recommend this place and if we were nearby, we will certainly return. Mr John Paul is very friendly and nice person indeed. He was very helpful. There are all facilities available in the appartment,like washing machine to iron. There we were given new soap and also new package drinking water though there is a water purifier. Enjoyable stay there and you have an opportunity to meet a soft spoken man like John.
